Disappointed

Super weird. If your mind doesn't wrap around super natural then you probably won't enjoy it. Very expensive for the experience you get.

It's Burning Man Without The Dust.

Lots of the kind of art you see at Burning Man, but this is better because you're in an air-conditioned building, no dust, though same loud music. We liked the tongue-in-cheek products in the store; I even bought some of Carlo's Blue Chile Pepper sauce for my brother as a gift to take back home. However, I wish the checkout person at the register would have reminded me that it's over the limit of liquids you can bring on a plane in your carry-on bag, so remember to check it in your luggage. I get to security at the airport and TSA won't let me bring it in, and I didn't want to go all the way back to the ticketing area to check my bag. So I offered it to the nice TSA lady as a gift, and she tells me "We just throw these things in the trash." Yeah, right - I bet! You know they keep all that stuff. So I literally threw away $10. Not terrible, and I did take a photo of it to show my brother, so at least he's got that. Next: we ate at a restaurant before we went into Omega Mart so I had my doggy bag with me. As we're about to enter, the employee looks into my bag and says I can't bring any food in with me. I tell him I'm not going to eat in there, and he says doesn't matter, no food is allowed inside so I can either put it my car (which I didn't have since we Ubered there) or put it in one of their storage lockers. Fine! Lockers in my neck of the woods are 50 cents, I'm sure I have change in my wallet. Um...sorry, the lockers here are 7 BUCKS! No way Jose am I paying that to store my leftover food. I put my bag down on the floor behind a stanchion in a corner and if it's there when I'm ready to leave, great. If not, no big loss. It was there when we were ready to leave! We did have two fun interactions with people while there. While sitting in a small closed room a disguised employee strode in and just stood there. Then she left. Then came back in again and then left again. When she came in for a third time we just stood up and did a crazy robot-like dance around the room with the employee and when another guest entered the room, we told him he had to join in, which he did. And then when we were in OmegaMart standing in front of the meat counter, three women suddenly appeared behind the case and acted like workers, asking if they could help us. I asked for some of "those things," and they said they didn't have any, but I could have some of "that" instead. I said I didn't want "that." Then they offered "them things" and I took half a pound. It's great when you find people willing to have fun with strangers. When you're done looking at all the art, you can sit in the comfy chairs in the chill tent and have a rest. Yes, it's overpriced, but it's still a cheaper ticket than Burning Man's.

Worth going to in Vegas!

Fun experience. Lots to see and do there. Spent several hours exploring. The price could be made more affordable for families. It’s a bit steep, but definitely worth doing in Vegas

Great time!

It was well worth the cost. Lots of cool art and things to see/ experience. The “boop” was very difficult to figure out and there were way too many people in certain rooms though. Also, staff did not approach us to help.

Don’t bother with this meaningless place

I was wildly underwhelmed by this experience. I expected something totally mind blowing and cohesive, but instead, what we experienced was a pretty cool grocery store, full of humorous merchandise and a number of entrances into a bunch of meaningless hallways in rooms filled with games and a storyline that made no sense. They suggest you purchase a “BOOP” card, but this card does absolutely nothing. I would not bother visiting this.

Meh.

Way overrated. Best part was the actual store, which worth browsing for maybe 30 min or less. Rest is ideal only for kids and pre-teens. Some teens may find the upgraded VIP experience worth doing, which is mainly finding the tap and go locations and reading all the additional screen based information. VIP does add a pin and a drink at their bar, which was conveniently closed when we tried to get our promised "free drink" because the bartender "needed a break". We spent probably an hour here, half in the store and half in the back. Felt like I wasted my $$$. Area 15 itself is free to wander, I recommend doing this and selecting the actual items you want to experience before paying. On a good note, the sushi/poke joint was really good. No complaints there.

Omega Mart

This experience was not as good as we expected . Ir was a little unorganized and too many people in there we once . It took us all of less than an hour to look around . Plus I needed to change my entry time and they didn’t answer .

Fun! Highly recommend, very different if looking for something to do with kids in Vegas.

Good experience. Kids had fun. We should have booked the VIP package so they could do the scavenger hunt

Unexpected delight

My son had seen this on Youtube, so we went. My husband and I had no idea what to expect. It was a ton fun. Definitely get your boop card to participate in the mystery. It can be overwhelming, especially for young kids or those sensitive crowds, flashing lights, etc. Plan at least two hours to experience it fully!

Neat but not worth the price

It was okay but not worth the money for a family of six at all. My son who is 14 was really interested in it so I researched and went back and forth about going due to the mixed reviews, but I bit the bullet since we would only be in Vegas once. In the end though, I probably would have gotten the less expensive Area 15 Level One pass instead. My four kids liked it, but they were done in about an hour so it was not worth the $350 or so that I spent on six tickets for just one hour. Maybe it would be worth it for a couple or a smaller family. I also found the storyline to be confusing even though we bought the card to tap for the storyline points. Also, some of the coolest parts or discoveries I had already seen in doing my research so there weren't any surprises . Overall, it did not meet my expectations. Top Golf down the road was more fun and a fraction of the price in my opinion.
