Medieval Small Group Segovia and Toledo Trip from Madrid

Description
Imagine a day traveling with a small maximum group of 8 travelers, sharing smiles, without hurry, as if they were lifelong friends, discovering two unique gems of Spain: Segovia and Toledo. In Segovia, we will be greeted by the story towers of the Alcazar, the majesty of its Cathedral, the echoes of centuries in the Jewish Quarter and, crowning everything, the Roman Aqueduct, which for almost 2,000 years has kept secrets of the city. Afterwards, we will pause to enjoy a traditional lunch (each traveler pays his consumption), a space to taste the Castilian gastronomic essence. In the afternoon, Toledo, the legendary City of Three Cultures, awaits us. Its cobblestone streets are a journey into the past, where Muslims, Jews and Christians left indelible marks on its architecture and legends. More than a Tour, it will be a close and authentic experience, a journey back in time that you will always remember. Because here you will not be just another tourist, but part of a small family of travelers.

Tim was our tour guide and he did an excellent job! He gave us lots of information but did not overwhelm us. He was very caring and patient will everyone in our group. I highly recommend this tour with Tim!
Our tour guide Tim was excellent!!! He had a lot of knowledge. He was very accommodating to our needs! I would highly recommend this tour!
A wonderful small group tour of Segovia and Toledo. Our tour guide and driver, Tim, was knowledgeable about Spain's history, geography and architecture, a safe driver, and most importantly, warm, funny and genuine. I joined solo, but met a lovely couple and family, which made the day even better. We (the 6 of us plus Tim) were in an air-conditioned minivan, which was spacious enough. Both Segovia and Toledo are gorgeous, though we spent more time in Segovia, where the aquaduct and castle were highlights. The day was jam packed, so there was no time for shopping and only quick stops to eat, but worth it considering the beautiful sites that awaited us. Most of the restroom breaks were at gas stations/small restaurants (bring kleenex in case of toilet paper shortage). A hat and comfortable shoes are a must since the sun was fierce and we walked a fair amount, sometimes on an incline. Water bottles were provided in the van. While not a leisurely day, the tour is highly recommended to see storybook Segovia and Toledo, learn a bit of Spanish history, and engage with a small number of like-minded travelers.
Tim was an excellent guide! He was very knowledgeable and made sure everyone was having a good time.
When making a concious decision to spend a little extra money on booking an experience, you truly expect a bit more. The only thing true about the tour is that it was six people, but we were crammed into an uncomfortable nightmare of small car and to top it off, with a tour guide that did not deliver at all in knowledge. I felt cheated out of my money.
You guys cancelled my tour so I can’t tell you about the experience. No option was given other than to say we had our tour cancelled.
Thank you for your message. We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused by the cancellation of your tour. In some cases, cancellations are necessary due to operational reasons or minimum group requirements not being met. When this happens, we always notify customers as early as possible and the available options are clearly provided at that time, such as rescheduling or a full refund. That said, we would also like to point out that leaving a review about the experience itself when the tour was not actually taken does not reflect the service provided during the activity. Reviews are most helpful when based on an actual experience, as they allow future customers to make informed decisions. We regret that we were not able to operate your tour on this occasion. Best regards, Team Crafted
