I had an outstanding experience with a private English-speaking guide in Medellín last week. From the moment Daniel picked me up, the day was seamless, informative, and genuinely enjoyable. He drove me comfortably to the several key sites, including the museums downtown, the castle (El Castillo Museo), and the botanical garden (paid extra), providing thoughtful context and history at each stop. Daniel was a fantastic guide. Great historian and conversationalist. His first hand experience growing up in Medellin gave us invaluable insight into the culture of this wonderful city. It was a great day. We had fun, felt safe, learned a lot, and generally enjoyed ourselves. Boterro’s art was fascinating.., both inside and outside the museum. El Castillo Museo y Jardines was excellent. Our tour guide there was extremely knowledgeable and friendly.
This trip is definitely a must since tourists and locals alike can learn about the rich history of Colombia and appreciate the fine arts. David was amazing as a tour guide and made the whole trip comfortable and welcoming.

Had a wonderful trip to the museum and city. My guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. We rode by car through Poblado to the station and then took public transportation to various museums.
