Pickup Locations & Times
This tour starts and ends in Belize City, if you are staying in the City make sure to add you hotel or Airbnb info, if you are coming on a cruise make sure to add you cruise info. It's highly compatible with cruise schedules and with those staying overnight in Belize. We use whatsapp a lot for free communication in Belize so we will reach out to your again before the tour date.

Josh and Jeff picked us up right outside of the port. It was about an hour drive to and from our destination. Zip lining was a lot of fun and the staff were great. Jeff took our group tubing and was super informative during the trip. Josh gave us a lot of interesting facts about the island during our ride. This excursion was worth every penny.
Jeff was an amazing tour guide! The lunch was delicious! The views were incredible! You won’t regret this experience!!

Josh was very friendly when picking us up. He was there when the ferry arrived and made the whole experience go smoothly! Our tour guide for the cave tubing was George and he was amazing! So knowledgeable about the history of the caves and Belize. Would highly recommend booking with them.

The tour is a full day special but it really goes by fast so keep your eyes open. We try our best to take the tour slow and make sure everyone gets to see all there is to see around this natural aquarium. But Being immersed in such a mind blowing environment, time feels like it speeds up. 1hr snorkeling can feel like 20mins We are happy that you are happy
This tour operator is the WORST EVER! They're unorganized & unprofessional. They LIED about not being able to communicate with me because we were communicating through WhatsApp about the pickup. Instead, they left me hanging at the Water Taxi terminal for almost 2 hours, telling me a driver was on their way to pick me up, meanwhile processing a refund at the same time & not even attempting to pick me up for the tour that I paid for & was my last day in Belize to be able to do this tour. WHATEVER YOU DO DON'T GO WITH THIS ONE! THEY'RE TERRIBLE & WILL LEAVE YOU HANGING. 🤬 NOTHING GOOD TO SAY ABOUT THEM!
You experience does not reflect our overall constantly great tours and great feedback. We have 500+ people that did not have this experience at all. However, we did try to get in touch with you multiple time, you booked a last minute tour and your phone number wasnt working. The tour has a set start time so refunded you 100% and started the tour. By the time we got a hold of you it was a little too late and the tour already started. Thank you for considering us. Next time will be better
We were waiting for about an hour, never showed up for pickup, didn’t answer any messages but when I requested a refund through Viator, the customer service rep said he was able to contact the tour operator and he approved the refund right away. Very disappointing, we were looking forward to the experience.
Our zip line and cave tour was absolutely amazing from start to finish! Ansaar was an incredible guide… very knowledgeable, informative, personable, and welcoming throughout the entire experience. He made us feel comfortable and safe while also making the tour fun and engaging. You can truly tell he enjoys what he does and takes pride in sharing the history, culture, and beauty of Belize. He even stopped along the way so we could grab coffee and snacks, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the experience feel even more personal. The zip lining was exciting with beautiful views, and the cave tour was unforgettable. Ansaar explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions with patience and enthusiasm. His energy and professionalism made the entire day smooth, relaxing, and memorable. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Belize… and if possible, request Ansaar as your guide. You will not be disappointed!

Had an amazing time on our ziplining & cave tubing excursion! The entire experience was so fun, exciting, and well organized from start to finish. Ansaar was an absolutely amazing guide — super friendly, knowledgeable, funny, and made everyone feel comfortable and safe the whole time. You can tell he truly enjoys what he does. The views while ziplining were beautiful, and the cave tubing was such a relaxing and unique experience. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommend this excursion, especially if you get Ansaar as your guide!
