Enjoy a delicious Pacific Rim Cuisine lunch that includes individual wraps of grilled herb-marinated chicken breast and lightly blackened 7 spice seared Ono while basking in the scenery of one of Hana’s black sand beaches.**Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free lunch entrees are available upon prior request. On the reverse leg of the trip, take a scenic "Eco-Star" Jet helicopter flight over the rugged coastline and soak in unbeatable views of the island. While in Maui, take a journey along the famous Road to Hana! On this 6-hour, small-group luxury tour, you’ll experience the Road to Hana from both the ground and sky. Board an air-conditioned, luxury Limo-Van at the Kahului Heliport and start your professionally guided tour to Hana. With plush seats, large windows and a maximum of six passengers, this is the most comfortable way to navigate the winding roads, and is a perfect adventure for the whole family.
You’ll make several stops along this spectacular coastal drive including the quaint Hawaiian village of Ke’anae, Wai’anapanapa State Park, black sand beaches and the scenic road leads, of course, to Hana.

During one of the stops, enjoy a Pacific Rim lunch served on linen table cloths at a beachside location. Savor scrumptious wraps of grilled chicken and fish, fresh tropical fruits and more – not your average deli-style meal! A sample lunch menu can be found below in the Itinerary section.
The village of Hana is isolated from the rest of the island and is known for being the last undeveloped tropical paradise on Maui. Explore the village and stop at the Hana Tropical Gardens for an exclusive tour (included) and learn about the native Hawaiian people, their culture and land. Enjoy fantastic photo opportunities at spectacular cascading waterfalls and crystal-clear pools, where you’ll have plenty of time to take a refreshing swim.

- This is a weight restricted tour due to FAA regulations. READ ALL INFORMATION LISTED PRIOR TO BOOKING.
- Weight Restrictions: Due to FAA regulations, all passengers and bags must be weighed at check-in. For each passenger weighing 240 pounds or more, there is an extra charge. This is for the safety and comfort of all passengers. This is payable directly to the tour operator, no later than, one day before the tour. All passengers are weighed by the helicopter company upon check-in.
- Under representation of body weight may result in cancellation at check-in with no refund.
- All passenger weights MUST be advised at time of booking. Maximum weight limit of 325 pounds per person. Please contact tour operator should your reported weight change prior to the tour date.
- To maintain the safety and capacity weight restrictions associated with this tour, individual passengers weighing between 240 lbs (109 kg) and 290 lbs (131 kg) OR any two passengers traveling together with a combined weight over 420 lbs (190 kg) will be charged an extra $434.03 payable directly to the tour operator, no later than, one day before the tour. Individual Passengers weighing over 290 lbs (131 kg) will be charged an extra $552.94 payable directly to the tour operator, no later than, one day before the tour.
- Bathing suits are recommended.
- There is no wheelchair lift to accommodate wheelchair passengers nor can the staff personally/physically assist people into the helicopter
- Guests must be ambulatory. Walkers, Wheelchairs and/or Scooters, of any kind, are not permitted. Tour operator will deny participation to Guests arriving in or with wheelchairs, electric scooters and / or walkers. Guests with heart or respiratory conditions, oxygen tanks, or generators can not participate. Maximum weight limit of 325 pounds per person.
- Toddler Car Seats for children ages 4 through 9 years are available upon request and, at least, 48 hours prior to the start of tour time.
- Tour durations, itineraries, viewable sights and flight patterns are subject to change, without notice, due to inclement weather or FAA flight rules and may be altered or canceled for safety or comfort considertions.
- In the event that the return flight portion of the Road to Hana luxury Limo-Van Tour with Helicopter Flight, AM Tour - Fly-Dine-Tour is canceled to due inclement weather or FAA flight rules, Guests will be returned via Limo-Van to the starting point of the tour at the Kahuui Heliport. Guests will be provided with a 50 percent refund of the tour price they paid.

Our Temptation Tours Road to Hana experience was easily one of the best trips we have taken in Maui. From the incredible coastline and waterfalls to the lava caves, tropical vegetation, rainbow eucalyptus trees, and countless scenic stops along the way, the entire day was unforgettable. What truly made the experience exceptional was our guide, Sue — aka “Surfer Sue.” She was fantastic from beginning to end. Sue didn’t simply drive us from one stop to another; she brought the Road to Hana to life. At every stop, she shared fascinating details about Hawaiian history, local culture, myths and legends, the landscape, plants, and stories behind the places we were seeing. Her knowledge, personality, and enthusiasm made the entire journey much more meaningful. We especially appreciated how the tour allowed us to experience so many different sides of Maui — dramatic ocean views, hidden caves, waterfalls surrounded by lush rainforest, unique trees and plants, and some of the small local stops that make the Road to Hana so special. Every turn seemed to bring another amazing photo opportunity. The Road to Hana can be a long and challenging drive on your own, and after doing it with Temptation Tours, I’m very glad we chose the guided experience. We were able to relax, enjoy the scenery, learn about Maui, and experience places we might otherwise have driven right past. Surfer Sue made this more than a sightseeing tour — she made it an experience we will remember for years. If you are considering the Road to Hana, I highly recommend Temptation Tours, and if you’re lucky enough to have Sue as your guide, you’re in for an amazing day. The Blue Hawaiian helicopter tour to Hana was an epic experience, letting us see the island, coastline, and several waterfalls. Our pilot, Herb, was super knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. Temptation Tours handled the road from Hana part of our trip. Sue, our guide, was amazing! She made us a great lunch, took us to three beaches (including Black beach), two waterfalls where we could swim, and even helped us grab snacks like banana bread from a local spot called Halfway to Hana. Sue really shared her love for the water, agriculture, wildlife, and all the sights and sounds with us. We left feeling really informed and totally enjoyed our tour.

Road to Hana with a great narration telling stories of Hawaii and pointing out things to see along the way. We didn’t get the help ride which was disappointing but understandable with the bad weather. The only gripe I had was that the van was very hard to see out of. The chairs were much lower and the windows sat high so much of the sites were missed unless I stood up.

This excursion was spectacular! The helicopter ride to Hanna is a must do while in Maui. The scenery is like something out to a movie. Beautiful views of the rainforest, coastal cliffs and waterfalls! Scott was our guide on our ride down from Hanna and he was awesome. We learned a lot of history about the island of Maui from him. What a fantastic time! I highly recommend this excursion!

Our Road to Hana with Gayle & helicopter return with Herb was outstanding! We have traveled many places and regularly use Viator tours. This tour beat them all! Scott is an amazing tour guide! We give him 5 stars hand down! Very very knowledgeable about the road to Hāna and the history of Hawaii. He is also one of the best photographers we’ve met. The only thing we wish he would have done was stop in Hana and let us see the shops. The helicopter ride was just ok. Pilot was friendly but just not a good guide. We also expected to see a little more than we did while in the air. We give this part of the tour 3 stars. The boys loved the helicopter ride, we just had higher expectations for this part of the tour. Would have loved this tour even more if Scott was also the helicopter pilot too!

Our tour took the helicopter into Hana and drove back. Starting with the staff at Blue Hawaiian Helicopters who were personable, informative and genuinely fun to talk with - to our driver & trainee for the ride back from Hana, the trip was great! We drove ourselves about 20 yrs ago and swore we wouldn’t do it again….then came with family that had never been on Maui. When we found this tour, I reluctantly agreed and am so glad I did. We got to see and hear about things we wouldn’t have experienced on our own. Definitely made it worth it. Special shout out to Herb, our helicopter pilot. A wonderful young man who answered all of our questions and pointed out many points of interest you can only get from the air. He and the ground crew were amazing. The van driver Scotty and his trainee Tristan were fun, informative and helped numerous times making sure we got group pictures as well as some great scenery ones. The lunch provided was very good and there were plenty of drink options. Both of these gentleman did their best at making the long and winding road back enjoyable. Our party of 6 (4 adults & 2 teenagers) were very satisfied and thought it was money well spent.
