I would have liked more detailed explanations, with some anecdotes; they were very straightforward. The tour was very simple.
Our tour was scheduled for 10:00h of the day30/06/26, we passed the office in the afternoon of the day 29/06/26 to confirm the schedule and the employee confirmed and said that the tolerance in delays would only be 5 min.On the day of the tour we arrived at the place at 9:30 hs and 10 min after I received a msg warning that the tour had been transferred to 12:00 hs because there was not enough number of participants. Total lack of professionalism
A quite complete tour. Imma is an excellent guide!!
¡Muchas gracias! Nos alegra que el paseo haya sido completo y que Imma haya hecho la experiencia tan positiva.
The tour itself was beautiful. Only we were not really received at the office and you had to ask what the intention was and where we had to wait. Furthermore, the route was shorter than in the sales brochure and it was not clear how the background information could now be consulted (via the app, via the speakers in the bus, via the supervisor?). But the van and the trip itself was fine and there was plenty of time to look around at stops.
It is a complete tour of the main viewpoints in 1 hour and 45 minutes; we are free to retrace our steps afterward, but the explanations are perfectly suited to the route.
A great way to meet Matera. Stops at strategic points, including a visit to a Grotto house. It was worth it!
We didn’t get what was described. Shorter tour, no commentary ,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify that the staff member on board is a tour assistant whose role is to welcome guests, provide information about the itinerary, coordinate the tour, and assist passengers with matters related to the experience itself. Unfortunately, our tour assistants are neither qualified nor authorized to provide personal care or mobility assistance services for guests with significant physical limitations. For safety and liability reasons, passengers requiring continuous personal assistance should be accompanied by a family member, friend, or qualified caregiver. During the tour, our assistant did her best to provide support within the scope of her responsibilities and to ensure that all guests could enjoy the experience. We regret any misunderstanding and appreciate your comments, which give us the opportunity to clarify the nature of the service provided. Kind regards, Martulli Viaggi
Lost in hard silver for 10 minutes, and to get to know the Grotto house, only 20 minutes and that's it. There are headphones in Spanish, but there is not much that is said.
A brief but significant tour of the famous Sassi, with meaningful insights into local history and customs. Our guide, Imma, was generous with information without ever being pedantic. Choosing a minibus tour and the morning schedule proved to be particularly suitable for us and our little dog, given the already high temperatures and the moderate difficulty of walking. If we were to return...
This tour will give you a good impression of Matera. Do the Tour first and then you know where you want to stroll. Very nice tour guide. If you don't want to walk too much, an absolute must and bring your camera!
Dank je wel! Fijn dat de tour een goed overzicht heeft gegeven en dat je ervan genoten hebt. Bedankt voor de aanrader!
