You will experience the process of cutting tuna and nigiri sushi with a sushi chef at a Japanese restaurant. You will be able to compare different parts of the tuna and try different ways of eating tuna. You will also learn how to make sushi from the chef.（ Including travel time）

Had a really fun experience at the fish market and learning about the whole process from auction to sushi! We explored a vendor stall and ended up a sushi restaurant where we learned some of the basics of cutting tuna and creating sushi. A really great way to spend the morning. Amy was a wonderful tour guide.
