Andrea our tour guide for Marseille was excellent. She catered the tour to us and was so personable. Her knowledge of Marseille and the sites to see was great. She provided us with key information for places to dine, and places to visit from Marseille.
Andreea is such a great guide, she’s incredibly informative and a really nice person to boot! We took a stroll through historic Marseille as she explained the history of each area as well as the local hot spots for shopping, food and drinks! Feel free to ask her any questions she knows the area like the back of her hand. Thanks so much for giving us a wonderful perspective on such a cool city!
Danielle was a pleasure to tour thr city with informative and easy to speak wirh thank you !
Very good tour, highly recommend. Daniel was great!
Rated 1 because I cannot give 0. A real scandal!! The day before the excursion, I receive an email explaining that the tour cannot take place at the scheduled time. I am offered another time earlier the same day, but we could not be in Marseille at that time. We are disappointed, but I am confirmed that of course I will be refunded! Oh no!! The next day, the guide calls me 15 minutes before the originally scheduled time to confirm the meeting place for the excursion. I explain to him that the central office canceled the tour and we realize that he was available and had not been informed of the cancellation. We had organized ourselves differently and were on the other side of the city, impossible to reach him in any case. My account is still debited 146 euros. I write again to the central office to confirm the refund, no response... I fill out the refund request form and I am told that I will not be refunded!!! I dare to hope that this is another mistake by the central office that will be quickly resolved... Or should I consider that this is a scam?!!!
Dear customer, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your experience. After reviewing your booking, we would like to clarify that an alternative departure time was offered in order for the tour to still take place. As this option was not suitable for your schedule, the booking remained confirmed for the original departure time, and our guide attended the meeting point as scheduled. We understand that there appears to have been some confusion regarding the communications you received, and we sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding. However, as the tour was available and the guide was present at the scheduled meeting point, the booking is not eligible for a refund under the applicable policy. However, a full refund has been sent. Thank you for sharing your experience. We will review your comments internally to help improve our communication process. Have a nice day!
Danielle was warm and friendly, showing us parts of Marseille town centre we probably wouldn't have seen.
It is truly a magnificent landscape
The tour guide was amazing, she knew a lot about the history in the area. It was extremely educational about Marseille’s history. It was a lot of fun and I would recommend. The two hour tour was the perfect length for the area.
Small group tour, guide Aundrea was very knowledgeable and informative. She made this tour worth taking. Highly recommended as long as you don't mind a few hills.
We walked for about 2 hours, into the beautiful Panne area. Our guide was friendly and very personable. Points of interest were great. We ended our walk at the fortress just in front of the excellent Museo Cosquer.
