Pickup Locations & Times

Pick-up Details We offer convenient pick-up from hotels, lodges, and the airport within Arusha/Moshi. Travelers are kindly requested to be ready at the reception area at least 10–15 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. Pick-up usually begins 1–2 hours before the tour departure, depending on your location and the number of travelers being collected. Our driver or guide will meet you at your accommodation and will be easy to identify. For airport pick-ups, our team will be waiting for you at the arrival area holding a sign with your name.
