Mallorca Tour: Hams Caves and Pearl Shop with Hotel Pick up

Description
The Hams Caves are over 10 million years old, but people has only been able to enjoy their beauty since they were discovered back in 1905 by the speleologist Pedro Caldentey Santandreu (1886-1950) while he was digging for onyx, a precious stone abundant in the region. In 1910 he managed to produce electricity to illuminate the cave even before electric power had reached the village of Porto Cristo. Using a water mill, a dynamo and a water tank, he generated 16 hours of electric current to enable visits to the caves. In the Blue cave, with its spectacular new blue lighting using led technology, you can enjoy the educational documentary “Discovering the past” about the history of Majorca, its first inhabitants, the formation of the Hams caves and their discovery.

There was no historical info given about the caves at all. Once I got home read Wikipedia info about it. Bad!
Dear Michelle, Thanks for joining our tour. We apologize for not having met your expectations with regards to the information delivered. Best regards, Fun and Tickets Team
Stunning cave with a magical finale for the Drach cave Visit of the Mallorca exhibition of pearl crafts. Walk along the harbour towards the Sunday morning walk
1. The driver that had to pick me and my friends up did not understand English. So it was difficult to communicate. And understand on what bus we had to go. 2. The women that was giving the tour was unfriendly, rude it was difficult to understand what she was saying. 3 . They took us to the pearl factory which was just a shop , tried to convince everyone to buy something from that shop. For the money that we paid i was expecting a better experience from the tour
Dear Julija, We apologize for any confusion at the departure point, and the miscommunication with our guide. The visit to the Pearls Shop takes part of the tour, and we do not force anyone to buy anything. This is something optional. We are sorry for not having met your expectations. With regards, Fun and Tickets Team
It is a very well located and very clean hotel, the food is very good out of ten, it is clear that they have very good professionals and they like what they do, we will definitely return.
Overall, the tour was a bit basic. the first transfer coach was nice and 'luxury' as stated on the itinerary. But then the second transfer bus was too crowded and basic. The views were amazing at HAMS however, the tour was advised as 45 minutes when it was 10 minutes.
Dear Lisa, We are glad that you found the views amazing and the first transfer coach nice and luxury. We hope to be able to fully meet your expectations in the next tour. Thanking you kindly, Fun and Tickets Team
