Well, I was really disappointed at the food served. It was an Indonesian menu in a Malaysian train. Not to expectation

The food served in Business class didn’t reflect Malaysia but Indonesia. Why ayam rendang Minang when we have better menu reflecting Malaysian food ? Most of the passengers around me had the same opinion. They should at least promote Malaysian food and I wonder why they chose this menu out of many which are favourite for Malaysians .

KLIA Express VIP service, best way to get to KL

Used this service for first time. As promised at baggage reclaim my name was displayed on their desk, and we were introduced to our porter, a very pleasant young man. He pushed our trolley to await the train and then showed us to the VIPsection (at the very end) more leg room seats. He loaded our luggage and accompanied us to Central station, there he loaded our luggage onto another trolley and pushed it to an awaiting luxurious van, and off to our hotel. Super efficient and probably half the time of a taxi. Used the service on the return leg, an early start from hotel, just as efficient. This is our method of transfer from now on. 210MYR for 2 adults each way - excellent

Best way to get to city centre, quick, clean and comfortable

Easy to locate at airport, train every 15 minutes, book a return and save 10RM. Train was spacious, no stops, good way to see some of countryside and city. KL sentral can be a bit tricky if looking to use metro, however good info desks, metro is cheap and easy to use.
