- During this period, there may be visual obstructions and limited access in the affected section. However, the rest of the Sky Terrace remains fully open, and visitors can still enjoy panoramic views of Kuala Lumpur’s breathtaking skyline.

- For group visits of more than 100 pax on the same day, shall inform LSHSM at least 2 working days in advance. LSHSM reserves its right to refuse entry to such Customers if such prior written notice has not been provided to LSHSM.
- Refund & Rescheduling Policy – KL Tower:
- Once your ticket is scanned, visit the KL Tower ticket counter to get a reschedule slip.
- Rescheduling is allowed within 7 days of your original visit.
- No cash refunds will be given in case of rain.

Bright day and bird eye view on KL skyscrapers from over 240 meters height were excellent. Standing on the glass floor and looking down to see tiny vehicles driving in the city is pretty cool. Strong wind sometimes when staying outside the tower. Check the weather before book ticket date as KL weather always rains !!
I was able to ride the E-TICKET to the KL Tower without changing the voucher for a ticket at the counter.
We booked on TripAdvisor but did not realise that they sold us tickets for Malaysian citizens so the KL TOWER would not accept them so we are waiting for Trip Advisor to refund the money. Not good at all.
Superb views at the top of the KL Tower, the glass box is impressive, & you also get the Petronas Towers in your aerial shots,
I feel scam was a total theft because you were not informed that there were two tickets one for the second floor that was a viewpoint with binoculars and we bought thinking it was for the panoramic views at the top then we paid 38 € for a view that were the same as there could be from the Hotel where I was staying Then I felt very disappointed then for not staying with the desire we paid the change almost 70 € in the entrances of the panoramics and when we arrived the place that was glass was only a little corner and to be able to get close you had to pay 10 rin of their coin and they took the photos but then those photos charged you. Besides then it was a total disappointment that visit I do not recommend going and paying

Amazing views - defo worth the trip. Went at dusk, amazing change in atmosphere when the city lights went on. Don't bother with the skybox add in.
Was good however when booking be mindful that you want to give it full 24-48 hours before using the ticket as ticketing takes this long
We received 2 vouchers then 2 tickets with the correct date of January 27. When the tickets were scanned at the entrance the machine said “Expired”. The staff at the tower said there was nothing they could do since we did not buy through them so we had to buy tickets again from the ticket office. There was no way to contact Viator at the time. We tried in the app. To no avail.
Cheaper than at the cash register and you can proceed straight away with your QR code. Please note, tickets arrive a little later due to processing, but that turned out fine
Waiting time for glass box is bit long. Especially since half the tower was only open. But we liked it very much and beautiful views. We went before dark. When we came down there were mega queues to watch it in the dark.
