It was an amazing experience, the guides were very kind and the activities a lot of fun. They had vegetarian meals aswell and were very accommodating. All in all way better than I ever imagined for the price

Poor organization. They draw up a programme but then half of it is not done. Then you suggest to do their program activity (hike) without a guide, but you have to pay for your taxi yourself when it was actually included in the tour. There was also no evening program while that was described. They had a reason for that but the communication is really very poor despite speaking quite reasonable English.

We had only you on the tour on the date. And we did the full itinerary as the booking. For the change, we adjust the tour as your request and informed you in advance. You agreed it. Normally we have the biking at 14:30PM after the lunch. On the date you had the biking at 12:30PM with anothe couple and our guy informed you that. Since we did the biking early so it ended early. After that was free time your own. If you do extra activities, you will pay for the taxi. As the itinerary, on the 2nd day, you will trek to villages Xăm Phà, Nà Mo, Nà Mèo. That other couple (booked and paid more in advance) will visit an different itinerary - Puluong - a beautiful and further place. Since you wanted to change the itineary to join that couple so we arranged it for you with no extra fee. If you need any other information, feel free to ask Thanks, Luong
Beautiful area, easy to bike around, and hiking. Not super crowded, surprisingly mostly Vietnamese tourists, hot and humid. Paradise for photographers. 24h probably enough

Wow what a awesome couple of days.it was so refreshing to escape the bustle of Hanoi and take in some country views and explore a local village on bicycle.everything on this tour was exellent. the food was great and the crew where so friendly.thoroughly recommend them.
