Magnificent El Escorial and Unique Segovia

Description
Discover 2 World Heritage Sites by Unesco in one day - Full Day Tour from Madrid A visit to the Monastery of San Lorenzo de El Escorial is the best way to explore the history of Spain and especially the reign of Felipe II. El Escorial, built between 1563 and 1586 to commemorate the victory of the Spanish troops in the battle of San Quintín in 1557, is a multifunctional complex that is also a pantheon, basilica, convent, school, library and palace, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1984. Segovia, on the other hand, is a place of romance, a living legacy of the past and an atmospheric medieval world with a heritage that begins with the Romans of 80 BC. The ancient aqueduct, the medieval fairy-tale castle, last Gothic cathedral built in Europe, Romanesque churches, and mystical monasteries reveal Segovia's rich cultural heritage declared World Heritage by UNESCO in 1985. These two unusually secret gems are a must-see that you should visit!

The walks were excellent. Guide Georgi extremely skilled and attentive. It exceeded all our expectations. We recommend this tour with Georgi.
Muito obrigado pelas lindas palavras. Vocês são um casal lindo e espero que nos encontremos novamente na vida! Boa sorte e saúde! Um grande abraço! Georgi
I booked a private tour for my wife and me several days in advance on May 21. The tour operator, Georgi, informed us the evening before that he had doubled booked. He tried to convince us to do a different tour which we declined. Thus, the tour was not provided. We received a partial refund (for one person) but numerous requests to the tour operator have not resulted in the refund for the second person. I called Viator and they are unable to get Georgi to respond. Still waiting for the remainder of my refund as of June 4th.
Dear Gary, You did not perform a tour with me. This review is wrong and I do not understand what do you earn/win writing it...
Extremely pleased with Georgi as my guide. A very full day touring, he made it both educational and entertaining. I was very happy to see two of Spain's most historic sites guided by someone so knowledgeable of and proud of his country's history.
