Discover the exciting and vibrant city of Madrid on-board an open top panoramic sightseeing bus tour. From the top deck of a double decker bus, experience unrivalled 360-degree views of the city's most iconic sights and landmarks including the Royal Palace, Biblioteca Nacional, Puerta de Alcalá and Cybele Palace. Audio commentary on all three routes in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean & Arabic. Explaining to you the tales of the history and culture of the city, as they point out Madrid's unmissable sights and attractions, such as the Prado, Reina Sofia and Thyssen-Bornemisza museums, the Royal Botanic Gardens, Atocha Station, the Metrópolis building and the Almudena Cathedral. Hop on at Stop #1 (Fuente Neptuno) on Calle de Felipe IV by the Goya Monument. The full tour circuit is 70mins. Please note that the Night Tour is not a hop-on, hop-off tour.

Not very good narrative from the tour operator and I messaged them that night in regards to a lost passport and they never replied.

The tour bus was a great choice after being tired from walking around Madrid. It was relaxing, comfortable, and the audio guide made it easy to learn about the city’s history while resting and enjoying the views. A very comfortable way to get to know the city better!

I booked this trip for our wedding anniversary weekend trip . We arrived at the meeting point stated on the ticket or booking . The bus was due to leave at 9pm so we arrived at 8.30 !! No sign of the bus or bus stop . We walked up and down the road where it was supposed to be and nothing at all . Asked a few bus drivers and customers waiting for other buses but they wasn’t helpful. Totally disappointed and very angry and upset, complete waste of time and money.

The tour lasted only 60 minutes, and the tour guide sounded like she was reading from a script. The only moment she seemed fluid and really engaged was when she asked for tips. I would have liked her to have shown that energy and enthusiasm throughout the tour.

While the tour guide was lovely, sitting up top with her downstairs and only hearing her through a speaker located behind me I didn’t hear most of the tour. More speakers are needed upstairs. Took lots of pretty pictures and knew most of the buildings as I had done the day tour.

The full circuit ride took us all around so we saw some amazing places. The tour guide Valentina was our host. It was hard to understand all of the English because it was so muffled on the speakers.
