Departure Point: After you have collected your luggage, the driver will meet you at the arrivals hall located outside the customer area, holding a sheet with the client's name. Directions: If you are arriving into Terminal 1, your driver will be located at the Post Office. If you are arriving into Terminal 2 your driver will be waiting at the Aena Information point located under green umbrella. If you are arriving into Terminal 4 your driver will be waiting at the Arrival Lounge (Bar Bareto Madrid).

Pick up booked - confirmed - no pick up. After several calls and text I get a text back that confirmation was done due to a glitch in the system. Please take a cab!

We did not take this ride, our luggage was delayed and therefore the driver had to leave. We took a cab instead.

Everything was seamless, the driver was waiting for us with a sign right outside of the arrivals hall doors. He was polite and very accommodating of our luggage. Perfect sized vehicle to accommodate a family of 4.

Manuel was our driver. He was prompt and courteous. Our plane was late arriving, but the airport expedited our group via bus straight to passport control and luggage retrieval. No worries, within expected time range agreed to in advance.

After long flight it was nice to have someone waiting for you to transfer you to your stay. We were a party of 6 and the van accommodated all our luggage’s without any problems.

I would like to point out that for the arrival time of your flight the phone number at your reservation was available jet no call was received, it was aswell available the emergency number for out of office hours which is also shared with all authorized selling points, Sincerely,
