We spent several days in Cusco and we were also able to visit the citadel of Machu Picchu and we were very grateful to our agent Dennis who helped us with everything. Our reservation was last minute but everything was extraordinary. Super friend, highly recommended.
The truth is that the agency complied with all the established and they cared that all the services were delivered properly, it was a beautiful experience and we especially highlighted the Samuel's hotel that was the one that the agency delivered to us to stay in hot waters, it was excellent, the beautiful rooms and the attention of the owner was great, very attentive and concerned. Regarding the other services everything was fine and complied, I only don't put 5 because they use Van for the generic transfer (which all agencies use) and those who drive this Van do not care about the Covid protocol, there were many people without masks and some coughing, so it exposes themselves to the others. The other thing is that I left the trekking poles in the Van and ordered it from one of the girls who manages everything, she told me that she would save them for my return from hot waters and then when I saw her she gave me no answers and I avoid myself, although those things that happen from the agency but it is so that they know and go carefully. What is the agency, complied and cared that we were delivered all services, it was an excellent adventure.
We live one of the best experiences of our lives, the visit to Machu Picchu is very, very beautiful. Touring the city is something incredible, a lot of history to learn and a lot of mystery. We can only say extraordinary.

I had the opportunity to get to know Cusco and archeological centers with my family. It was an unforgettable experience thanks to Dennis for the services they had with us, the excellent guides and the treatment was very friendly. Warriors. For patience and always be on the lookout for our trip to Machu Picchu, the beautiful lagoon of Humantay and the viewpoint of the red valley. I chose this company to do all my connections so that I didn't have to worry about them. It was expensive, but I thought it was worth it not to worry. Everything went well until nobody met us at the Machu Picchu train station. We had to find our own way to the hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel, it was clear that they were not expecting us. They managed to find us a room, after calling Don Peru. Breakfast was supposed to be served at 5:30am, but didn't happen. The breakfast room was dark and there were only 2 pieces of fruit in it. At 6am, someone arrived, to say that they don't serve breakfast, but do give a bag lunch. We could only bring that bag with us, because there was no time to eat at this point. Climb of Machu Picchu went well. Train ride to Ollantaytambo was fine. Upon arrival at train station, again, no one was there to meet us. We waited for an hour, saw no one with a sign with our name on it, so found a nice man who had a cell phone and he called Don Peru for us. Finally Don Peru called a man who was at his home and was willing to drive us all the way to Cusco. In summary, we wasted our money and time by assuming that all details would be taken care of by Don Peru. If we weren't able to think on our feet, we would still be standing at both train stations waiting for a ride that was not coming.

Train, entrance, hotel, guide and transfer. There is a lot of congestion for being a New Year's party in both Cusco, Ollantaytambo and Machu Picchu and small delays are acceptable which the travel agent already told him in Cusco. We visited the mountain wayna picchu with 3 friends and had a very beautiful experience. The climb is somewhat tired but reaching the top is something incredible you feel energized. Our guide Sandra in Machu Picchu was very cordial and attentive provided us with all the information and answered all our questions. A very organized and recommended Service.
