Your driver will monitor your flight in real time to adjust pickup time in case of delays or early arrivals. You will receive a message approximately 20 minutes before your driver arrives. The driver will be waiting for you inside the arrivals hall (for airport pickups) or at the exact address you provided, holding a sign with your name. Please be ready at the pickup location at the agreed time to ensure a smooth and timely transfer.

We chose the transfer from Lyon airport to the city with Les Drivers based on the reviews and the fair price, and we did not regret it. We were picked up on time at the airport by Binh in a well-maintained and comfortable Volvo SUV and were in the city after about 45 minutes. Since we had almost 2 hours until our appointment, we requested a small "city tour" to get a first impression of Lyon. Binh drove us to several attractions for a small fee; for example, we could get off at the cathedral or the Roman theater and received helpful explanations during our visit. An excellent experience - I would definitely ride with Les Drivers again on my next visit to the region! Thank you very much!

This is the best transportation service in Lyon. The manager Binh made every accomodation to have a vehicle for me when needed. My driver Brian was courteous and very informative when I asked questions about Lyon. I will definitely use this service again when I am in Lyon.

Very friendly and courteous service, even for new customers. Just send an email with the pick-up times and locations you want to be picked up and dropped off at, and you'll receive a quote in no time. When I think back to the hassle of taking a taxi in the past, with everyone taking a different route and charging a different price, it's like night and day. Great value for money. A small deposit is paid in advance and all journeys are carried out, and I only received my bill after returning to Switzerland – that's what I call trust! All the drivers are very friendly, you can talk to them about anything and they are very helpful. The cars are elegant and clean, and water is always offered. I'd be happy to use them again!
