My driver was amazing—right on time at the airport, easy to find, and super helpful with my luggage. The car was spotless and smelled great. I recently took a one-day business trip, flying from London to Warsaw. Upon arrival, I was greeted by my driver, Szymon – a very professional driver. The car was clean and comfortable, and the ride went smoothly, allowing me to fully focus on my short stay in Warsaw. It’s a beautiful city with a rich and welcoming culture. Paul was our driver from the Chopin airport and he was prompt (actually waited for us due to a delayed flight) friendly and knowledgable. We had a fun little "mini" tour on the way to our hotel. His car was also very well maintained, the ride was very comfortable. If you can, ask for Paul when booking!

We ordered a luxurious sprinter for the group, bit got 2 basic vans. The guy didn’t explain us why there is not the ordered car. If we would have known that, we just would have ordered a normal taxi. The only reason was, because we wanted to go together. For what we got, it was way to expensive! A taxi ride costs around 10€ and they charged us 160€!! Never again, just order an Uber or a taxi.
I utilized the services for a meeting I organized in Warsaw and so I had airport transfer services for around 25 faculty as well a car/driver rental for a day during the original inspection. With all services, the cars were immaculately clean, driver well dressed, friendly and professional. I certainly recommend using this company for any transportation services when in Poland.

It's a shame, had I been treated reasonably this would have been a 5 star review. However when it comes down to it they need to learn normal western customer service. I would never recommend them to anyone I know until they change their attitude and policy, especially since they are charging well more than the average price for this service. In short--choose someone else. Long story--After 19 hours of flying I arrive to my driver, who tells me there is a bomb scare in the parking lot and we can't get to the car. Ok, understandable. 90 minutes later the company has made no effort to find me alternative transportation (like any other company would), and just has me still standing there. I asked the cops who informed me the delay could be hours more. Ok, not acceptable at this point when I could go upstairs and get an uber easily. So I ask the driver if they are making alternative plans for me to be polite and give them a chance to make the situation right. Nope they can't find any other option, so he puts me on the phone with Ewelina, who tells me I have to pay for the service whether I want to or not, so either I pay and then pay again for an uber, or I stay and wait for hours more b/c it's not their fault. Well it sure it's my fault either! Quite frankly this company needs to learn basic customer service practices. If you don't provide the service you don't get paid, you couldn't access your car and provide the service. Super simple. If it's my fault or I don't show of course, charge me. But in this case...you completely failed, and quite frankly most people would NEVER have sat there nicely for 90 minutes like I did in the first place because I am an over-polite American. And then to argue with her on the phone for another 20 minutes with her insisting I pay is absolutely ridiculous. Truly terrible customer service. I flat out refuse, hang up, and guess what I was in an uber 4 minutes later! It's such a shame because had I been treated properly, had the company found me another car to take me, or honestly had I not been harassed to pay this would be a very different review. But after that absolutely ridiculous phone call (and 90 minute minutes with no effort by them to find an alternative) I will never recommend this company to anyone in my building and certainly not to any westerner's who expect normal standards of customer service.

The more we are sorry because you used our services before, two weeks earlier and you had no comments on the quality of our services. This time, unfortunately, you didn't make the trip, which was not our fault. That day there was a very serious bomb alarm at Chopin Airport which we had no influence on. For security reasons, uniformed services including the police blocked the possibility of leaving the airport. Several of our drivers and many passengers were detained to explain the cause of the threat. After you took a taxi, the airport was unlocked after 5 minutes. I hope that you will give us a chance to be able to provide services to you in the future and show the quality of our service with over 15 years of experience.
Driver on time, limo clean, drinking water provided in the car. Driver spoke sufficient English. Guided tour of Krakow with Krzysztof Tomaszynki, organized by VIP Service, was very interesting and his recommendation for a restaurant excellent. Unfortunately, the weather did not play along.
