The experience was very good. But we paid for a slightly more expensive tour to have a guide in Spanish (as Viator offered us), and that was not fulfilled.
Very, very organized, buttery smooth landing
After having the same experience in Cappadokia, i was dissappointed. There is no actual flight, the balloon just goes high on the sky and then lands after 20-30 mins at the same place. The service to be fair was proffesional, with no issues, communication was also fine and the collection from our hotel was in time, very good price also. For a first timer, this might be ok but for travellers who had an actual flight before it will be a dissappoinment.
Everything very organized of the best experiences for life great photos for the weather conditions. Bad though it is something for security q do not tell you q because of weather problems flights can be cancelled and has no refund then is to play a lottery 🫣
The balloon ride was canceled by the Egyptian agency due to bad weather (wind too strong). Two hours later, Viator sent me an email telling me that I would be refunded within four or five days; and that was the case.
I didn’t get to ride the balloon because of the weather conditions, it had to be cancelled. However, the communication, transportation and prompted refund were excellent and on time as soon as I requested for the refund. This was one of the best experiences I had in my entire Egypt trip(after diving in the Red Sea). I would recommend anyone to book through them if you want to book a balloon rides.
The experience was great, but we didn't know if it was happening for real: although the driver picked us up as arranged at 4.30am, we were allowed to fly only ca. 2 hours later. If the weather isn't good, we should be notified in advance and delay a bit the pick up, for example.
4 stars because we took off a little late for sunrise, some had already taken off for 20/30 minutes
A magical moment suspended in the air above the valley of kings and so peaceful Pure happiness
Amazing experience. Great views of Valley of the Kings and queens and the river Nile very well organised considering the size of the operation
