The Perdicaris Park, also known as the Rmilat Forest and formerly as Villa Aidonia or Place of the Nightingales, is a public park covering 70 hectares in the Rmilat neighborhood of Tangier, Morocco. It is located on the northern slopes of the Jebel Kebir hill facing the Strait of Gibraltar, between the Cape Spartel reserve to its west and the Jebel Kebir Royal Palace to its east. The Kasbah of Tangier is situated in the upper part of the medina. In other words, to visit the kasbah you must make your way to the medina, a small universe bursting with life, and then navigate its steep streets to the oldest part. The guide was very nice and friendly and showed me beautiful places.
We had a great trip start to finish. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable, great with the kids and made sure we received the best service at every stop. You could tell he knew the city and the people so well. Definitely one of the best guides we have had and a beautiful time in Tangier / Morocco.
*⭐⭐⭐️⭐️⭐ Best Family Tour in Tangier - Summer 2025 with Guide Reda* I want to give my biggest thanks to *Reda* for the incredible tour he did for my family in *Tangier in the summer of 2025*. From the first moment, Reda welcomed us with a big smile and made us feel like we were with a friend, not just a guide. He planned the whole day perfectly for us and for the kids. We started by discovering the *Kasbah* and the beautiful *Old Medina*. Reda told us amazing stories about every street, door, and hidden corner. The history came alive thanks to him. We also visited the *archaeological museums* and learned so much about the heritage of Tangier. The highlight of our trip was definitely *Cap Spartel*, where the *Mediterranean Sea meets the Atlantic Ocean*. The view was magical, and Reda helped us take wonderful family pictures there. After that we went to the *Caves of Hercules*. The cave and the view of the ocean were absolutely stunning. The kids loved the legend of Hercules that Reda explained to us. What made the day even better is that Reda also took us to some nice local shops. *We actually bought some beautiful things* and souvenirs to remember our trip. He gave us good advice and helped us get fair prices. Reda is professional, kind, patient, and knows Tangier like the back of his hand. He took care of my whole family and made sure everyone was happy and comfortable. If you are visiting Tangier, please don’t miss the chance to do a tour with Reda. Because of him, our *summer 2025 trip to Tangier* became one of our best family memories. Thank you so much Reda for your time, your energy, and your beautiful heart ❤️ We will definitely recommend you to all our friends.
Above and beyond expectations. I traveled with my three young children, and I couldn’t believe how everything was so well organized and safe. The best tour guide I’ve ever experienced, and I do travel quite a lot. The kids were extremely happy so was I.
“Excellent tour guide! Knowledgeable, friendly, and made the experience truly enjoyable. Highly recommended! Thank you redaa ♥️
Reda is an outstanding tour guide! He organized a fantastic time in Tangier. He picked me up at the airport and we then watched Morocco beat Canada (my home country) in the World Cup! The next day started with a panoramic tour of the city that included stops at the park, the lighthouse, camels, the Hercules cave, and more! Then we walked through the Kasbah and the Medina and he was very patient with me while I shopped for carpets! He even took me to a fantastic hidden seafood restaurant for lunch that was so delicious! We finished with a rooftop dinner experience with views of the sunset and the Medina. I can’t recommend him highly enough! The best tour guide ever!!
We really enjoyed the tour with our guide, Reda. Visiting Tangier was both enjoyable and informative, and the guide was highly professional and insightful in his historical explanations
I loved this experience! It was my first visit to Tangier, and the guide made this day truly special. Discovering the medina was fascinating: I really liked its narrow streets, its atmosphere, and its history. The guide was very welcoming, professional, and passionate; he explained everything with patience. I recommend this tour to anyone who wishes to discover the true charm of Tangier
