7h30 - 8h00 am: Our tourist bus pick you up at your hotel for departure to Hoa Lu. 10h20 - 10h30: Arriving Hoa Lu, visit Hoa Lu ancient capital of Viet Nam. We will visit Dinh king temple and Le king temple in the 10th century.
Keep going to Trang An Wharf to take boat trip to visit cave complex: Sang Cave, Toi Cave, Ba Giot Cave, Nau Ruou in mystery and wildness, see scenery of mountain and rivers. Trang An is considered as Ha Long on the land.
Mua Cave attracts visitors with its many interesting stories. Climb 500 stone steps, here you can see all the way to Tam Coc, enjoy a stunning panoramic view of the countryside and Ngo Dong river. Having lunch at local restaurant.
16h30 Get on our tourist bus return to your hotel in Ha Noi. 18h50 - 19h00: Arrive Ha Noi, drop off at your hotel in Ha Noi old quarter. Tour finish!

Hai dang is a great tourist guide along with his co worker who guided us in Hoa Lou. The Lunch Buffet is delicious, my kid loved it and it has many choices. The cycling part is a plus. For a toddler mom, i was kinda nervous on the Trang An tour because of the river and caves. But it was too magneficent to pass and my kid enjoyed it. She was able to reach and touch those caves. We didnt include the mua cave, but there are a lot of shops outside of the mua cave that has a lot of food. Ms Daisy assisted as very well, she gave us a tour that is suited to our needs.
Hugely beautiful area and a boat ride done on the river highly recommended not to miss. They are used to getting tip money and 100000 dong is enough tie 3 eu 70
We booked the Hoa Lu + Trang An + Mua Cave directly with BC Family Tours and the booking was handled excellently. They were also very flexible (booking on short notice, drop off at another spot). The itinerary is well planned and the activities really worth seeing. However, our guide (Kiên) didn’t explain anything. That was a pity especially at the first stop, as we couldn’t make much out of what we were seeing at the temple complex. Also, he didn’t accompany the group to the other two activities but just gave us directions how to find our way back. The directions weren’t very clear, so it took the group longer to find the way and we were behind the schedule. The tour took place on a national holiday so all the places we visited were more crowded than usual, which made it even more difficult to navigate. There’s a stop on the way from Hanoi which is nice for all those who need a little break, but we were dropped off at a sort of shopping centre were we had to see a presentation of different products and were pushed to buy them. This took almost an hour, so it should be at least mentioned on the itinerary.
The overall plan is average, the biggest problem of the trip is wasting time in between, this package has the cycling post lunch, if you do not know cycling, you have to just sit in hotel, no alternative, why there is no small open auto, car? Or why double ride option in cycle?

A great day south of Hanoi with a visit to the ancient and first capital, an amazing boat journey through some fantastic scenery, a visit to a part of an old movie set, and a stunning climb to the dragon peak with amazing views over the valley and rice fields. Our guide was pretty informative. A really full and great day!!!
I went on 3 tours during our trip-- Ha Long Bay, Perfume Pagoda and this tour. I'd say this was the best among all of them. It was such a packed day but it didnt feel rushed or anything. I loved every place we went to despite the crazy heat! Also, the busy was sooo comfortable. I wouldn't mind long drives.
I didn't expect to learn as much as I did on this trip. Beautiful sites and views. Our tour guide, Hai, was very knowledgeable and kind. As expected, every location was packed with people, but more so since we had our tour during a holiday and on the weekend. Would definitely recommend going during the week if possible. As a side note of general advice for people booking any group tour, please understand that you are going on a tour with a group and that your needs do not outweigh anyone else's. Please be considerate and don't make unreasonable demands. Also please read the itineraries in the description of the tour before booking.

A full day event with a very well informed and funny guide. A challenging climb over two peaks to see beautiful views of the river and countryside. The boat ride was also fun, especially going several caves.
