We are a group of 5 friends that have just returned from our tour in Lan Ha Bay with T H Global Travel. We had the best time. From the booking process to the bus transfers everything was seamless and great communication. This is a must do tour when visiting Vietnam. Would highly recommend T H Global Travel as a genuine, friendly, local Vietnamese company to book through.

Mixed feelings about this cruise. While the staff and food were great. Other aspects were not so good: - Pictures provided on Tripadvisor are misleading. I.e not all of the photos are of the same boat we were on. - the boat was old and worn out. - the safe in the room didn’t work - the room key didn’t work very well. - the jacuzzi didn’t work very well with only 2 water jets working. The two water fountains seen in photos didn’t work. - for the first 3 hrs of the cruise the sun deck was being sanded with an electric sander. Not very relaxing!! While this cruise is described as luxury, I would say it is not. There were far better boats on the bay. The crew did give us a leaving gift to compensate, which was appreciated.

Everything was Perfect, perhaps the food (The vegetarían menú could be better). But the others things Perfect! So nice, peaceful, good organitation

I was looking forward to this trip, and I was not disappointed. The whole trip from the start ( pick up) to finish (drop off) was very well organized. I received a cabin upgrade, which was not expected but very welcomed. The cabin room was extremely spacious and clean. The balcony was great and particularly in the serenity of the evening. The food was of good quality. The staff were great and very attentive. Excellent leadership by the ship manager Tony (always has a warm smile). My only negative is that I did not have more time. I will definitely go with this company and ship again in the near future.

The service of the ship's staff was excellent and they always tried to keep us occupied. The scenery was always good and there was no seasickness.

This trip was absolutely wonderful. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! The service was great, the food was delicious and the food was delicious. Huy was an incredible host, always making sure we were comfortable and looked after. He made us feel very welcome. One of the best tour guides I’ve ever had, he really made the experience unique.

Huy made sure we had the most fantastic trip! Everything was perfect. The food, the cabins, the views and the service were perfection. Huy also brought out a cake and sang to help my wife and I celebrate our honeymoon. We couldn't have asked for a more amazing trip.

We spent 2 nights and 3 days with V’Spirit and we loved our time. The food, hospitality, rooms and views were all incredible!
