Entrance fees/tickets not included. Digital Concierge can book venues, dining, spa, and golf—often at partner rates below walk-in. You pay providers at actual cost.

Tips for the chauffeur are not included and are entirely optional. No required service charge—gratuities are at your discretion for excellent service.

Parking charges at attractions/malls/city lots are not included. Pay-as-used at the venue (cash/card); rates vary. Receipts provided.

Pickup Locations & Times

Door-to-door pickup from hotels/residences within city center. If your location is on a narrow/restricted street, we may set a nearby safe meeting point. Airport meet & greet: Driver waits in Arrivals with a name sign. Share your flight number so we can track delays. Grace time: up to 60 min after landing (then waiting counts toward booked hours). Hotel/Residence grace time: 15 min from scheduled pickup. Please be ready in the lobby 10 minutes early. Time starts at the scheduled pickup time or upon vehicle arrival (whichever is later). Luggage note: With 7–8 passengers, luggage space is limited. Tell us your bag count/sizes in advance; we’ll advise fit. Child seats available on request. Provide age/weight when booking. Parking & tolls are pay-as-used (at cost). Fuel & taxes included within your option’s caps. Same-city rule: Service must start and end in the same city. Ending in another city incurs a return-to-base fuel surcharge (quoted on reconfirmation).
