A wonderful trip to the Mall at Firenze

Gian Piero is absolutely wonderful. He communicated clearly regarding pick up time and gameplan for the day, and then was eminently flexible for departure time. His prices are very fair considering the quality of his service. The car is well maintained, clean, and comfortable. In case it’s helpful to know, the vehicle is a well-sized Mercedes Sprinter van which is ideal for a group or those who need accommodations for leg room or for whatever reason have difficulty with sedans (as someone who’s traveled with very elderly parents, I notice these details.) highly recommend!
