We had a wonderful, and packed, day tour of the main sights in Luxor with Taia. The guide was knowledgeable and friendly, making sure to give us the main information at the start of the tour and then giving us sufficient time to explore on our own. The driver, whose name I regretfully didn't catch, was great as well. I would highly recommend booking a tour with Emo Tours (I booked via Viator).
We had an incredible experience on our Luxor trip, and we can’t say enough good things about our guide, Sam. 5 star review, if I can give 10 star I will that how good he is! He is extremely knowledgeable and truly knows what he’s talking about. Every place we visited, from the temples to the tombs, came to life because of the way he explained the history, culture, and stories behind them. Sam has such a rich understanding of Egyptian history, and he shares it in a way that’s both interesting and easy to follow. He’s also very engaging, patient, and fun to talk to, which made the whole day even better. We learned so much and enjoyed every moment of the tour. If you’re visiting Luxor, we highly recommend Sam—he made the experience unforgettable!
Visited Sakhmat’s shop. Very honest and easy to deal with. Good price, but takes some haggling, like everywhere in Egypt. Overall a very pleasant experience
We had a wonderd and very informative tour of Luxor with Mahmoud Oraby. He was very helpful explaining both the big picture and the details of everything from the Valley of the kings to the east bank temples. Never rushed us and really felt like a friend was touring around.
The tour was just amazing. Our guide, Samar, was a 10/10: friendly, attentive and with impressive knowledge. He accompanied us throughout the tour, explaining every detail with passion and clarity. We learned a lot from it and patiently answered all our questions. Your warmth and dedication made our day in Luxor unforgettable. An experience I would recommend without hesitation!
Our guide was Samar. A lovely woman and passionate about her work. He speaks Spanish perfectly and gives the information very well apart from resolving any doubts you may have. The driver very well too, very helpful and very clean car. Fully recommended and always ask about Samar. Thank you Samar for bringing us closer to this culture and learning from it. Nice to meet you!!!
Great guide Bahgat explained all the details about the city. The shops are a little bit too expensive and in Cairo you can find cheaper stuff which they try to sell you for 10 times the price
We went to Luxor with some fear from what we had heard of guides and scams, but with Samar it was the opposite. An amazing, honest and passionate guide for your work. He speaks excellent Spanish and knows a lot about the history of Luxor, explaining everything clearly and enthusiastically. We recommend it 100%!
Our Samar guide was very friendly and charming. He explained everything perfectly and speaks Spanish very well. He also showed us other places like: a place where he made the fabrics, the papyrus and essences. We loved it very much, we were very comfortable with it and the driver was very friendly.
Ayed was a very good guide. He speaks English well, is very kind and can tell a lot of information about a lot of subjects!! He made good pictures for us, got us lots of water and some snacks when needed. We had enough time in every place to get information en to discover ourselfs. We drove in a good car with A/C. Would recommend!!
