The day was very memorable and touched on not only wine, but some history, a beautiful overlook and a relaxing boat excursion. And, did I mention wine and bubbly tasting? Well worth the money and more importantly, your time.
The tour was good but- the guide only spoke German, the bus’ A/C didn’t work and the boat tour happened much later than planned without drinks as advertised or time for lunch/ food.
We had a very enjoyable. Weather was great, except the fog early on, so we only knew we were at the River, when we got to the River. The Schengen visit is VERY informative, with a most enthusiastic guide. Caves du Sud, is just a basic (lots of ) wines tasting. Cave St Martin started with a VERY informative tour, and some great wines to taste. Lunch stop in Remich was very enjoyable(We spent the day with J from Singapore, and M & S from Germany) River Cruise was just beautiful. Only odd thing was an unadvertised stop at a family museum. Interesting, but a bit out of place
The trip was cancelled unfortunately the day before, as not enough people attending. No matter, we ended up getting a couple of (free) buses to Moselle from Luxembourg City, and spent an afternoon there, including an hour on a boat trip (€12.50 each). We also walked over the bridge into Germany and ate at a beautiful restaurant overlooking the river. Not sure why but for some reason, I was still sent a reminder for this trip even though it was cancelled and also asked to leave a review.

It was good. The weather was not great. The audio tour was good. The driver was friendly and gave us plenty of time to do stuff. I wish we had more wines to taste. In each winery we had a single wine to taste more would be better. We had a tour of one of the wineries but if the weather was better the Moselle region is amazing
Hello, thank you for taking the time to send us your review. Unfortunately this is the program planned by the wineries, which only includes the tasting of 1 glass. Of course, it can be negotiated but this means also having to increase the rates. Nevertheless, we hope you had a great time and hope to see you soon. Regards,
It was a little different as the driver did not speak English. There was an audio that didn’t quite match up to where we were at times. We walked into two wineries without any guidelines as to who to talk to. The vehicle was comfortable.
