This is a scam. Charged me double the normal rate for a "private tour" then changed the listing last minute to cover their tracks. Do not purchase. Hotels and local operators offer the same service for $40. I was promised a provate tour of the lagoon and ended up at the Luminous Lagoon group tour just like everyone else. Overpriced scam.
Hi Rebecca We DID NOT SCAM YOU. I think you are the scamer. You paid for a private transportation tour to the Luminous Lagoon plus entrance free which $213 for 3 persons from Ocean Eden Bay. What you wanted was a private Boat Tour with only you and your 2 other guests. We told you that if you want to do a private boat tour you will have to pay an additional fee because the private boat tour is more expensive and we will have to make reservation for that. A private boat tour is about $200 per person. So you paying $213 for 3 persons how could this be a scam? When you book the reservation you have a part that said what is included in the price that you paid and we are very sure you did not see PRIVATE BOAT TOUR IS INCLUDED. What you do is you all go on the tour and them you send us a request for a refund. You even told us that when you get back you are going to report you credit card and that is not right. You have us take you to the Luminous Lagoon, pay your entire fee. The driver have to wait on you to take you back to the resort and after you did the tour and everything you sent us at request for a refund you did not get a refund so you gave us a 1 star review. We even call you to explain everything and you said you don't want to hear anything if you are not getting a refund. You even hangup the phone an the person that call you which was rude. But we are very sorry you didn't understand what you book and we hope to see you again in Paradise. One love ❤ and thank you again for booking with us.🙏🙏
There’s only four places in the world that you can see this and Jamaica is the best. The glow is brightest here. Definitely a must see if you’re looking for something unique to do. I booked all excursions with Jamaica terrific travel tours. Ask for Bailey! He will take care of you!
