My wife and I got off our cruise ship around 8:00 AM, and our flight out of Barcelona Airport didn't leave until 3:15 PM. We took a taxi to this luggage storage location near Sagrada Familia. When we arrived, there was nobody there to help us, and it was locked up. It said to scan something to get in, but it did not work. We called the number listed on the ticket, and received an automated voice response that the number is no longer operational, and that we would have to go to their website (stasher.com) and initiate a live chat. So we did that. They were asking for a 4-digit pin, that (they said) was sent to us via email immediately after booking. They never sent anything. We tried other phone numbers that they gave us to call and/or text on the WhatsApp app, but to no avail. The Stasher company refunded our money. However, we ended up missing our tour of Sagrada Familia, as we ran out of options. The person who was giving the tour called us when we didn't show up, told us there were several other storage places nearby, and that they would wait for us to get there. But we had just gotten in a taxi, and we were enroute to the airport. Because they contacted us by phone though (one minute before the tour was supposed to start), now they won't refund our money. Let me be clear, I am not blaming the Sagrada Familia Tour company. It was not their fault that we didn't show up, and they did reach out to us (even though in our frantic state, asking us to find an alternate location to store our luggage in a foreign country that we had just arrived in about 1 hour prior to that was not the best solution). The fault clearly lies on Stasher, the luggage storage facility. They should be the ones to refund us our money that we paid for the tour. Or Viator, since they are the ones who partnered with this Stasher company. I will continue to pursue this matter until I get a final determination from Stasher or Viator, concerning getting a refund.
