Danny made the entire experience wonderful! He is attentive, funny, experienced and very knowledgeable. Definitely would go again the next time were in Cabo!
Joel is an excellent guide and Alex did amazing with the pictures. The captain was also very good.
Excellent guides (From cruise port to the boat). Daniel was great! Fun and enjoyable for a family adventure. Snorkeling was so clear and the speedboat was fun. Make sure you can swim well and for an hour if you want to really enjoy it.
This was an amazing experience. I’d highly recommend this adventure. We got to see whales, and experience the beautiful waters with snorkeling and paddle boarding.
We took the tour this morning with 4 amazing tour guides led by Issac. Very knowledgeable and fun tour. Excellent guides however would recommend not doing the sea scooters. Son’s trunk straps got caught and was quite scary.
They did not disclose the Portuguese Man o’ War jellyfish problem until we were out on the water. Complete waste of money. The sting is bad and they actually allowed/encouraged us to get into the water to snorkel. Almost all of us were badly stung and we were unable to get to power snorkel after we were all suffering in pain. No monetary adjustment was offered and not even free pictures or any kind of compensation. We should have been told when booking the excursion of this high probability of failure to adequately and safely complete the tour. If we had been warned, we would not have chosen the event. This was obviously about money to the business instead of safety of participants. This was poor management and we would not recommend this excursion at this time of infestation of the jellyfish in almost all of the swim-able waters. Poor customer service from start to finish.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We regret that an unexpected encounter with marine life affected your enjoyment of the tour and understand how disappointing it can be when ocean conditions impact planned activities. As this activity takes place in the open ocean, conditions can change throughout the day, and encounters with wildlife, including Portuguese Man o’ War, cannot always be predicted in advance. Our team monitors conditions continuously and shares relevant information with guests whenever such situations are identified. Guest safety is always our highest priority. While marine life is a natural part of the environment we operate in, our crew follows established protocols and provides assistance whenever unexpected conditions arise. We understand how disappointing it can be when ocean conditions impact planned activities, and we appreciate your feedback regarding communication and your overall experience. Comments like yours help us continue evaluating how we inform and support our guests during changing marine conditions. Thank you again for sharing your perspective.
We enjoyed a speedboat tour to the arch followed by snorkeling, kayaking and paddle boarding!! We had a blast! Shaggy was our guide! Saw many fish. Following the excursion we were provided quesadillas! So glad we went! 10 out of 10 experience!
Great experience. Daniel and Rodrigo were great help and made the whole experience super enjoyable.
Started with sight seeing and then a lengthy boat ride to the snorkeling spot. There for about 30 minutes or so and then off to another spot where we had the option to continue snorkeling, kayak, or paddleboard. Not the best area since a few from our group were stung by jellyfish but the tour guides took care of everyone immediately and we're in immediate danger. After that, we went back to the pier and took a short walk to finish off with homemade quesadillas at a restaurant that had clean restrooms, ice cream, and drinks.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us! We're glad you enjoyed the sightseeing, snorkeling, and the variety of activities available throughout the tour. It sounds like you were able to experience a little bit of everything Los Cabos has to offer. We're sorry to hear that some members of your group encountered jellyfish during the water activities. While marine life is a natural part of the ocean environment, we're pleased our crew was able to respond quickly and assist everyone right away to ensure their comfort and safety. Thank you for joining us, and we're happy to hear you enjoyed the quesadillas and the opportunity to relax at the end of the adventure. We hope to welcome you back for another unforgettable experience in the future!
