This shared shuttle service is available only for select hotels in the Los Cabos area. If your hotel is not listed in the dropdown, it may fall outside the shuttle service zone—try typing your hotel name into the search bar to check availability. If unavailable, we recommend booking a private transfer instead. Note: Shuttle service is not available for hotels in the Diamante Zone (e.g., Hard Rock Hotel, Nobu Hotel, Rancho Grand Solmar). These are only accessible via private transportation. Roundtrip Confirmation: Your booking includes both your arrival transfer (airport to hotel) and your departure transfer (hotel to airport). Pickup Times: Exact pickup times are based on your flight details. You will receive your confirmed schedule at least 24 hours in advance. Great and easy experience drivers were timely had cooler with drinks in the way to hotel, and very friendly tour staff wasn’t pushy and offered good services for any entertainment needs, private is a bit expensive about $240 usd plus the initial cost but definitely worth the convinence

We pre-paid for the round trip to the hotel and the airport. We got there just fine, but when it came time to pick us up to go back to the airport, they were no help. We called them for our ride, and they said they had been there already. They had my cell phone number, and we received not one call. They apparently came to pick us up 3.5 hours before our flight. We ended up calling a taxi who delivered what we paid for. i would not recommend this company!!

Los Cabos can be difficult to transfer from and to if you are not prepared. It is important to plan ahead with respect to your transfers and not attempt to arrange transfers at the airport. I booked with Gray Line on a shared shuttle. If you are booked with Gray Line, after you arrive at the airport, you walk straight out, avoiding all of the time-wasters in the terminal (sternly, if you must--treat that part as if you are on an important mission and can't be stopped) and walk outside, straight ahead to the second pad outside the terminal. There are greeters holding a Gray Line placard. They will check you in if you prepaid (as I did). The greeter was very pleasant and very efficient. We only waited about 5-10 minutes after that to be seated (usually it is a bit longer). After that, just relax. Unfortunately, a share shuttle meant that some of the passengers have to wait while the driver drops off the couples that are staying in stops that come before your stop. We were the third or fourth of the stops, with one other couple remaining when we were dropped off. We arrived prior to check in time at the hotel, so no time was wasted. Everything went smoothly with no problems at all with the transfers. We were required to re-confirm our prepaid, return trip 72 hours in advance of our return. When you are on vacation, it is a very annoying hassle to take the time to do that, but the reality of it was that it was merely 5-10 minutes, and it is handled. The return trip was reasonable, but not trouble-free. During the return trip, the driver got a call that another Gray Line shuttle broke down at a hotel where it was picking up customers. Our driver made an extra stop to pick up the 4 or 5 stranded customers. I think it may have delayed us by 10-15 minutes, and we still made it to the airport early, partly due to the driver's very aggressive driving after he got the call. I would book Gray Line again as long as they remain competitive.
