Fantastic afternoon! Our tour guide was Cuban and lived in the area, he knew everyone and it just made for a great time! Visiting the different bars and hearing the history and even met some of the owners, I highly recommend this tour.
Thank you for the 5-star review. It brings joy to hear that you had a great time, 5 stars being the best outcome possible. Blessings always to you and thanks again, hope you can make it back soon. You have family here in Little Havana.
We had a great time learning about the neighborhood and the Cuban culture with angel. He is a true local and knows the history and local businesses. It was a great experience from the history of the Bay of Pigs and neeting one of the former prisoners to trying the local fare. You will learn and see so much more than going on your own.
Thank you for your five-star review. It brings us joy to know you enjoyed your time in Little Havana. You always have a friend in Miami, Blessings always.
Unfortunately, there was no tour. This was cancelled by phone two minutes before the actual appointment.
It was a great experience. Our guide, Angel, was incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly. We learned a great deal.
Thank you for your five-star review. It truly brings us joy to know you had a great experience. Blessings always, and remember, you’ll always have a friend in Miami.
We really enjoyed our tour with Angel, learning new (to us) details of the history of Little Havana, the Cuban diaspora there, and his personal touch relating his own family's and friends' experiences.
Thank you for the 5-star review! The Cuban business owners and award-winning Cuban artists truly appreciate visitors to their galleries, Cuban restaurants, hidden museums, cigar factories, and live music venues. They will be thrilled when we share your wonderful experience with them, as it brings us immense joy too. Thanks again!
A wonderful mix of food, art, culture, history. Our gracious tour guide, Angel, grew up in Little Havanna and made us feel at home in this vibrant community. (Don’t leave Miami without sampling authentic Cuban coffee! ) This is a do-again on our next visit to Miami.
Thank you, it brings joy to know you had a great experience in the Little Havana community. You always have family here. Looking forward to seeing you both again. Blessings always.
Angel is a local guy who knows his neighborhood. He knows all the people, the food, the history, the art and has great stories for all of the above. Very enjoyable tour and I would recommend him to anyone who is interested in Little Havana and Calle Ocho. Thanks Angel
Thank you so much for the Five Stars and the great review. So happy you enjoyed your time in little Havana. Hope you make it back soon. Blessings always.
Unfortunately I had a revervation @ 12. Given wrong directions and nobody could tell us direction due to they only spoke Spanish. Even restaurant couldn’t help us. Called another number and they told us the guide would come to us. Waited 1 hr and nobody called us or emailed us. Finally we had to leave because of the heat. I’m really bummed my sister said the tour was fabulous. Hopefully we be refunded. Need better instruction and to answer the phone or give us a call. Thank you. Next Aug hopefully can do this tour.
Unfortunately you went to the wrong address. The address is on the email confirmation as well as in the details. A refund has been initiated. We look forward to seeing you next time.
Angel did an exceptional job as tour guide. I would recommend him to family and friends when they visit Miami. He was very knowledgeable on little Havana. We had a blast thanks Angel.
Terrible experience because the guide never shows up. I was there at the meeting point 15 minutes ahead. I have pictures showing that I was there, as well as my Uber receipt. 15 minutes after the meeting time I called the local company with no answer. Then I contacted Viator with an immediate answer but they could do nothing other than to return my money. A few hours later I got an apologetic call from the local company (Miami Welcome Center). I would recommend that you don't waste your money and do the your by yourself. Ask a taxi or Uber to take you to Domino square where you will see the locals playing and eager to tell you their story. Also you will find many local cuban restaurants to taste their delicious food and explain how they do it.
We will contact viator to research your claims, and see what happened. We really wish you would've gone on the tour. And YES you can walk Little Havana and see Domino Park, Tower Theatre, Art Galleries and more. Little Havana has thrilled millions of people who have walked these streets. We are glad your terrible experience turned into a great experience. Thanks for sharing your opinions
