Comfy chairs (though one wasn’t working) and safe travel from Sapa to Hanoi. Water provided but don’t expect WiFi!
We were very happy. Very safe and knowledgeable driver. Friendly driver. We got snacks on the bus. We stopped half way for refreshments. I would recommend their services.
