Itinerary
We will begin the experience at La Muralla Park, talking about the importance of Lima, our culture, society, and music. At this stop you will be able to understand the diversity and contrasts of our city.
Visit the library, the chorus and San Francisco Church and Convent, finish the tour in the catacombs, one of the best experiences in Lima Downtown. Please be advised, The Catacombs cost is not included in the tour.
A great place to learn about peruvian languages, the influences from other countries and the sad peruvian times of 80s and 90s.
Learn interesting facts about the foundation, meaning and history of Lima city. Pass by the monuments around the Main Square such as The President Palace, City Hall and The Cathedral.

Excellent tour of Lima's central square. Josed was a very welcoming guide and gave an amazing tour of the area. It's a place with a fascinating history and Franciscan church above the catacombs is awe inspiring. Would recommend if you want a not too long but informative tour of the area.
Arturo was an excellent guide! He was so knowledgeable and informative about the city and its culture and the history! I felt like I knew everything about the history of Lima and how it came to be. Every question I had was answered in full detail and every detail he knew he showed me in depth. I would most certainly do this tour again

The tour was interesting, we got to learn a lot about the history of Lima as a city, their Spanish influence, and we got to see the Franciscan Order Museum and their Catacombs, it was quite an eye opener. Our tour guide, Arturo, knew a lot about their history, and I could see his passion and love through the tour.
Arturo was a very thorough, informed, and accommodating guide. He tailored our tour to our interests, and didn’t make us feel rushed even though the tour went over time. He seems to really enjoy his job, and his passion for the history of the city is contagious. We really enjoyed the tour and highly recommend Arturo!
