Please provide your hotel name and exact address upon booking. If your hotel is outside the designated pick-up/drop-off area, we will arrange a unified meeting point at Sheraton Guilin Hotel. Collection time, vehicle plate number and travel details will be sent to you via email and system notification between 20:00 and 22:00 one day prior to departure. Our driver will pick you up and drop you off on schedule. Please arrive at the designated location outside your hotel 5 minutes in advance as per the notification.

It was a real pleasant experience overall. We DiDi ‘ed from our hotel and booked the 5 star yacht. There were no more than 40 clients on this boat and the service was almost perfect except for the fact that upon debarking at Yangshuo, there was no staff to help those of us with luggage up the steep two flights of stairs. There were a lot of people at the Guilin port and a bit chaotic until we were through security, then we checked into a waiting area for business class clients and a staff came to guide us when it was time to board. There was staff to help with our luggage onto the boat on the Guilin side The cruise itself was beautiful with really exceptional scenery surrounding by the Karst mountain range. There was an “informercial” about the lunch which you are encouraged to order. My daughter and I did order the smallest package which included a steamed fish and beer soft crab and shrimp, a specialty of the region, These were some of the best seafood ( from the 漓江）that we have ever had. We realized later that most people didn’t because it was a bit pricey by local standards and you couldn’t possibly finish. But, the standard buffet they offered as part of the package was really barely edible. For a 3.5 hour cruise, i recommend pack some snacks if you are not planning to order from their “pay” menu. We really appreciated the small client group, there was enough room for everyone to enjoy the scenery and take photos without pushing and jostling.
