We stayed for 2 days in the Ninjago Quarters, the room was very clean and comfortable and we were pleasantly surprised that there was an a/c. The staff there also was very helpful and friendly. We ate dinner and breakfast at the Hungriger Bär and the food was amazing and not too expensive (~30€ per person), the waiter that served us at dinner was really nice and patient with us which made us very comfortable.
The cleanliness impressed me; in many other parks it is never this clean. The friendliness of the staff was also super. The only thing that did not appeal to me as much are the high prices for food and drinks.
Very pretty but a lot of waiting. We did not want to add the cost of skip-the-line tickets. Regarding meals, few healthy options. The attractions and the park are really beautiful to visit and respect the Lego atmosphere.
If you are in the area, it is definitely worth a visit for brick lovers. The park is well-structured and has attractions for both children and adults. Many refreshment points and small shops to take a souvenir home. I recommend it because I really had a great day!
Overall, we liked the park much better than Phantasialand. My child was allowed into Legoland for free on his birthday (up to and including 11 years old). Simply show your passport at ticket counters 1-8. He also received a "Build your own mini legofigur" card worth €2.99. All employees were friendly and helped out very kindly when asked. He was also kindly wished a happy birthday with the birthday button. The attractions were nice. An all-around wonderful park. We were lucky and the park was even open until 10:00 PM that day. On-site you have to pay a $14 ticket for parking when you leave the park, or you can book it in advance online for twelve dollars with the day tickets, which is what we did. All restrooms had disinfectant so you could sanitize the toilet seat yourself. Not every theme park has that! We enjoyed the live music in the evening. Cleanliness top-notch. Booked an overnight stay in Günzburg. Hotel Ybes was very comfortable and clean!
It was very nice. The children in particular really enjoyed it.
It was amazing trip , on my Son birthday..
Very nice park with very diverse and fun attractions. Also lots of interactive and extras for the kids. All in all had a very nice day with 2 kids aged 7 and 9 years old. Despite the heat doable by many attractions which have to do with water.
Super stay. Very friendly staff. Especially the reception of the holiday village as well as at the wristband distribution. Everything worked smoothly
We were 4 people at Legoland today, and all of us were there for the first time. It was a very great experience and it offers something for everyone, whether for children or adults. It is a spacious park with cool themed worlds. Pretty early on, we came across the Coca-Cola refill station; you can buy a great Legoland cup there with a lid and straw that you can also take home with you. The point is that you can refill it all day long at these machines. It was about 38 degrees warm now, and a small problem arose there; the idea behind it is very good and also environmentally friendly, but unfortunately there are only 3 stations. We found that to be very few in this heat. There was all sorts of things to refill, whether Coke, Fanta, or even water. Unfortunately, there are few opportunities to refill, and sometimes the drink was also warm, and you couldn't always add ice either. However, we also would have liked there to be more seating options with shade outside of the restaurants. But apart from these two rather negative experiences, it was a successful visit. Everything is very clean, whether it is the sidewalk or the restrooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We will certainly visit Legoland again sometime.
