Cooking with Silvia! What a treat! The class was mostly demonstration with just the 3 of us serving ourselves appertivos! We had a great time watching Silvia do all the work! Her home was only a 15 minute walk from our hotel, easy to find, once we knew which doorbell to ring! That could have been a bit more descriptive. Silvia is very friendly and welcoming. She has spent time in Colorado every summer since she was an exchange student in HS and returning yearly with her girls since they were very young. So English was no problem! Highly recommend!
The cooking workshop was very pleasant and filled with good food. The chef helped me with the location because it was in a different place than I stayed. I got a good reception. I had indicated in advance which other products I liked and got them especially at the cooking workshop. I had a nice evening at Federico. Menu was mushrooms, ravioli with ricotta and spinach and butter with sage, tagliatelle with pesto, tagliatelle with tomato and eggplant and tiramisu and a drink.
