Francesca warmly welcomed us to her apartment in Florence. There were just two of us so the experience was very personal. She is so passionate about food and art and bringing the two together. Making the pasta was fun—and really not so difficult. We both feel emboldened to return home and recreate the ricotta ravioli, tagliatelle with lovely tomato sauce and panzanella salad exactly like she showed us.
Francesca provided a perfect environment for creating two beautiful, Tuscan pasta dishes. It was a quaint party of six and we all worked together to make a delightful dish of ravioli with a ricotta filling and tagliatelle with a simple red sauce. She also finished our time together with a traditional biscotti and Frescobaldi. Her creativity and love for food is expressed in her teaching. Thank you Francesca (and Figaro, her dog) for a lovely gathering. Can’t wait to make pasta at home.
The guide changed schedule at last minute. Try to work it out setting other time. We finally can't adjust our schedule. They charged us the amount regardless of this...
Francesca's cooking class was the highlight of our trip to Florence! Such a wonderful experience for us and our teenage sons. We made tagllatelle and ravioli with Francesca and can't wait to do it again when we get home. Thanks so much.
Francesca was amazing! She was so warm and welcoming and we felt right at ease being in her home. She did an amazing job explaining what to do and why. She was helpful when it was needed but she gave us our space and independence to do it ourselves, as well. I highly recommend this as a must do when in Florence!
Cooking traditional pasta dishes was probably at the top of my list of things to do in Italy. Francesca was so welcoming and an excellent host. It felt such an achievement to make and then eat the pasta in such beautifully flavoured sauces. We would definitely recommend Francesca to all our friends and family who might travel to Florence.

This was our first time making pasta, and Francesca was so lovely & made everything super easy for us to understand. We're going to buy a pasta machine as soon as we get home! Delicious food, wine & friendly Figaro - perfect morning in Florence.
What a wonderful experience. The class was in Francesca’s apartment. She and Figaro the golden retriever were amazing hosts. The class was engaging and beautiful. We learned a lot in a very relaxing and comforting environment. Francesca’s love for food and art was evident throughout. Was the perfect experience for me and my daughter. Thank you!
Francesca was absolutely amazing! She really took the time to help us each step of the way and the food turned out incredible. We had such a great time making all the pasta. Will absolutely come back the next time I am in Florence.
