We specifically did the Thursday evening dinner cruise with fireworks. Food was great, but it felt like we were crammed in like sardines The view was not great but it was a relaxing time Fireworks exceptional The price was high for the boat ride itself but the food cost was fair given the quality
I was just okay. Nothing crazy. Just a short boat ride around Canada. The tour guide was awesome. Gave us some great information.
This was our first trip to Montreal and this excursion was a nice way to sight see and learn history. Our guide was very knowledgeable and spoke seamlessly between French and English. Yoybcould tell our guide really enjoyed his job! We ordered the half order of nachos and it was huge! The iced coffee was also tasty. Over all, a nice way to spend an hour of our vacation and use a City Pass ticket.
Very enriching, lots of discoveries and the joy mentioned, my daughter liked it a lot. I hadn't received my ice cream, probably I ordered it late.
Thank you Florence!!! Perfect service!!!!!
First of all, when I made my reservation, I had booked downstairs, this was not respected. The windows are so dirty that it takes away from the beauty of the view. Our server was shaking so much that I was afraid of having the served dish spilled on me. We didn't even get our dessert, he forgot us! He brought us a box with two cakes inside to take away when we mentioned it to him. The food is okay, nothing more, way too expensive for what we got.
It was good to see the city from the river. Our weather was excellent. We had a beer at our table and the service was really efficient. The tour commentary was fun and delivered in both French and English. No great revelations but fun and very pleasant.
The tour guide was great! Spoke well and provided good information in both French and English throughout the whole tour. Sometimes it was a little hard to hear as it the wind and other people talking can get in the way. Cost was a little pricey—wish it was a little longer boat ride. Got drinks on the boat which was nice.
I booked a 90-minute cruise for 8 people and I only got 60 minutes because the time you offered me was not available. My customer experience is not satisfactory.
We paid for a 90 minute trip, evidently their and my idea of 90 minutes are different. The whole trip lasted 45 minutes. The way the got the idea it was 90minutes must have been it was 45 minutes for each of us so that made it 90 minutes. The trip was enjoyable and lovely sites just not what it was built up in the description of the trip. I guess the trip was worth it had you know your 90 minute payment was only going to be 45 minutes and had pay according ( there were two choices listed we had picked the 90 minute tour which costed more) to the shorter tour. Worth the trip just don't pay for the longer one thinking it will be longer.
