Itinerary
Welcome to Las Ventas Bullring, considered the Bullfighting Cathedral. The most important bullring in the world. The one which gives everything and takes everything away. The biggest reward for those who manage to leave through its Puerta Grande and a challenge for those who hardly think about it. Las Ventas Bullring was built in 1929 on the land called Las Ventas del Espíritu Santo, to which it owes its name. It is the largest bullring in Spain, with a total area of 45,800 square meters and capacity for 23,797 people. The Bullfighting Museum of Madrid is located in the Patio de Caballos in an emblematic section of the building and with a collection that offers a clear and harmonious vision of the history of bullfighting in Spain. Among its works are engravings of the bullfighting of Goya, dressed as bullfighters of the twentieth century, a section dedicated exclusively to Manolete and a huge sample of the testimonies of Las Ventas.

Clara was the greatest guide ever. She took us around and answered all our questions and my entire basketball team and I had a phenomenal time and laughed a lot. We learned so much and she was truly incredibly kind.
Clara was an amazing guide! She answered all of our questions and was super enthusiastic :) would love to come back and watch a show
Excellent tour and very good value. We learned alot about bullfighting and got to see everything up close.
Very good guide Dani Oli, you can tell he likes your work. Makes us all feel comfortable
Beautiful arena both inside and out. Lots of booze available inside but no food. Bullfight really so animal unfriendly, you can see that the bulls are trained to respond to the red patch on command, only difference is that they are not injured and killed during training and now they are. Disrespectfully they are pulled out of the arena by 3 horses. After 3 same kind of rounds I left after that 3 more rounds follow so in total 6 bulls are killed. Nice to see the arena inside but never fight again
This was a real disappointment. First of all; I was walking right on a construction site. Everything apparently still needs to be sorted out quickly for the new season. Secondly; there was a huge tent in the middle square. Of course, this helps visibility all the way to the moon. I understand that things need to be freshened up and that there are events, but then just exclude the arena and with that. Thirdly; a (beautiful) museum where you can’t take pictures that doesn’t make sense. Las Ventas isn't the Prado, is it? Went home very disappointed.

A great experience, the boy who explained everything is called Pedro, very friendly and pleasant, we inform ourselves of historical draos that we did not know about bullfighting and sales , I recommend a hundred x hundred.
A fantastic experience which is well worth a visit. The audio guide is available in a range of languages and it is really helpful and interesting. The museum is a lovely building which in itself is beautiful. There is a lovey 3D VR headset you can use to visualise the environment and you are able to sit in the stands of the bull ring. There is also a great photo opportunity which is not mandatory to purchase but if you do it was only €10 which was not too expensive. It is definitely worth a visit even if like me the idea of watching a bull fight is not for you.
Beautiful arena with very interesting historical and cultural explanations. Simple accompaniment but very nice museum.
We didn't get to go because you told sold us a ticket to an event that was closed. Even when asked about it later you guys didn't know it was closed. Still didn't get my money back
