- 7.00-7.30AM: Pick up at hotels in Hanoi old quarter (time to pick up depending your hotel locations...). If customers don't stay in Hanoi old quarter, pls come to Hanoi Opera house, 01 Trang Tien street before 7.30AM to get on the bus.

Everything was well organized and Jack was very friendly. One pitfall was there was too much food. A bit dissapointed cause of rubbish in the bay but scenery was gorgeous. Cruise was very good with 9 cabins & small group, We loved the atmosphere at BBQ dinner on the sundeck where we can chat together & enjoyed amazing the cool air with delicious & beautiful foods!
We booked this cruise trip due to budget package & good reviews. We're not dissapointed. They offered friendly services with very interesting activities & kayaking was the best. We enjoyed very much & definitely recommend!
Everything on boat were excellent! The foods, the cleaniness..Above all was the guide Jack - awesome guide, knows well English and has a great knowledge. He's very friendly and kind!

This place is one of the best in the world & cruising with sleeping boat is the best way to experience. The water in Lan ha bay is so clear and of an amazing turquoise colour. You can also do kayaking around the lagoon, through tunnel & swimming, jumping into the water; we were just mesmerizing by the landscaping. Highly recommend!
The second time we visit Halong bay & decided to book new route that visits deeply Lan ha bay. We're not disappointing, the bay was less touristy than Halong bay. The tour guide was very nice and friendly, explained very well. It’s not perfect but we satisfied the vegetarian food they served us!
The wooden boat in traditional style was very nice but a bit old & running down but still safe & clean. We enjoyed very much our small group with others. The bay itself is breathtaking views & kayaking was the best activity. Services & staff were fantastic. Highly recommend!
Everything was perfect done. We had amazing time on this cruise trip. It's very well worth for money. The cruise was not luxury but very safe, clean & beautiful. Staff were outstanding. Foods was brilliant!
