- 7.00-7.30AM: Pick up at hotels in Hanoi old quarter (time to pick up depending your hotel locations...). If customers don't stay in Hanoi old quarter, pls come to Hanoi Opera house, 01 Trang Tien street before 7.30AM to get on the bus.

The crew was great, and our tour guide Jack was great as well. Overall, the food was quite good. Activities: Bike ride was nice and the kayaking was nice. Too bad about all the pollution in the Harbor in the bay. I like the fishing village kayak trip a little better than the cave kayak trip but that was just a personal preference. I would’ve preferred more time kayaking to see the rocks up close. They felt very short and rushed.

We did a great trip to beautiful destinations in Halong bay & Lan Ha bay. The weather could have been better but that was not a problem. The itinerary was very flexible & interesting. A special thanks to the cruise team who were honesty, friendly & helpful. Highly recommend!
Could spend more time on Cat Ba island. The food was too much & delicious. The guide was really good and the kayaking fun & nice!
