Great fun morning cooking and learning how to make pasta. Lots of tips to follow and remember when we get home. Tiramisu was delicious as well and the bruschetta
My friends and I had a great time at Annamaria's class. The class itself was wonderful, we made fresh pasta, the best bruschetta I've ever had and a tiramsu. Annamaria was a great host, she was warm and friendly (and generous with the wine). She taught well and was a delight throughout. I would highly recommend this class
Annamaria was the perfect host and teacher. She accommodated our dietary constraints and gave us one of the best meals we’ve had since arriving a week ago. The only thing better than the food and her teaching was her personality. Like so many who have left notes on the world map in her beautiful home, we invited her to come visit us in the U.S. Hope she does!

Margarita is a wonderful and engaging host. Our remote team was looking for a fun activity for a remote get-together so we weren't just staring at each other and talking (like we do most of the day as it is), and this class really wowed us. Great experience all around, and we're looking forward to trying another class (plus recommending Margarita's class to all of our friends).
