This excursion is fantastic for anyone visiting this beautiful island, either for the first time, or for people who travel here frequently. I am positive that no one has seen all the places of beauty that this tour offers. If you are planning on going please read all of the trips descriptions. It does require good mobility, proper footwear and having the ability to swim. Our tour guide Tanya (hope I did not butcher her name) was a great guide, had good knowledge of the countries history, friendly and accommodating.
Hey Reed, it was so great having you guys!!!!! And thank you so much for this awesome review, and I hope to see you guys on your next visit and take you to see more of our beautiful island
the beaches and lagoon were wonderful. just breath taking! would definitely do again! had the best time
Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Puerto Rico is full of breathtaking views. We are glad you enjoyed your stay. Come back soon to show you more.
This tour was an absolute disappointment. The guide arrived 30 minutes late, and there was no clear communication to the meeting point. Although a free pickup from Fajardo was confirmed in the booking, we had to pay additional costs. The car was dirty and smelled strongly of marijuana, which made us nauseous. There were even underpants in the back seat. The driver was constantly using his smartphone while driving, which was very dangerous and made us feel unsafe. No snacks were offered, just a single bottle of water from a gas station. The alleged “secret spot” was completely overflowing with hundreds of tourists. The guide spoke only broken English and could hardly provide information about the places. This was one of the worst tours we've ever experienced. We absolutely cannot recommend them and strongly advise against it.
Due to the language barrier were not too sure what this client complaint was, but there was an issue with them. Staying an hour outside of the San Juan Area in which they were expecting us to do hotel pick up now. We do offer hotel pick up, but only with in the San Juan? area. But we do offer to pick up outside of the San Juan area for a fee of $80. That does cover our tour guides additional gas cost and time since they do have to travel an additional two hours Round-trip. When picking up outside of San Juan. Then the client was confirmed the day before, but yet was trying to request a REFUND. The very next morning Although they were aware that they were being picked up. There was a bit of communication issues as The as the client was reaching out to the assistant on her day off, and myself the CEO was supposed to reach out to confirm and explain to them the Transportation 🚌 discrepancies. Unfortunately, I was out working on my own group of 16 Passengers, and was unable to reach out in a timely matter, and which our tour guide reached out a tad bit late on the day before the tour.. somehow another, the Guest thought that we were a scam, but yet proceeded to take the tour in which we have Photos of the clients on the tour. So we’re still not sure what the main issue here, except for the fact that there was a misunderstanding regarding the Transportation 🚌 services, and them that being confirmed earlier The day before.
It had it all! Beautiful secluded beach, great hike to the beach and to the river in the forest and finished it off at one more beach that was beautiful.
We are glad you enjoyed every stop during your tour Alex. We would love to show you around some more when your return to PR. Thank you for taking the time to write a review.
We booked a few weeks in advance and they never showed up. Hoping for a refund I guess 🤷🏻♀️ Viator should take this tour company off their site.
Sorry for the inconvenience, Amy. Your tour guide had a family emergency yesterday. We hope to make it up to you next time you visit PR. A full refund was processed and sent to you this morning. We understand but stating that Viator should remove us from their site, I think it’s a bit overreacting, As life can cause unforeseen situation, I’m sure people have experience. Flights being canceled being stuck at the airport, and the airlines are still in business so you were processed a full refund and unfortunately weren’t able to accommodate you on this day. We wish you all the best.
We took a tour with Glory and she was so personable and had great communication before and during the experience. She had great recommendations for everything across the whole island. We never felt rushed and she did a phenomenal job capturing our photos and extra scenery. Being able to learn from her not just about the places we were visiting, but about Puerto Rico and its history and culture in general was unique and welcoming.
Thank you for the great feedback. The Lagoon Cave is just one of the beautiful sceneries our Island has to offer. We are so glad you have captured memories. Please return; Glory is a wonderful guide, and we would be happy to show you around some more.
I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about this tour company. Now the company is claiming I left a 3-star review and had a great time, even though the tour started 3 hours late and the tour guide was unprofessional, which couldn’t be further from the truth. I never left a review until now because I want to set the record straight. I am giving a 2 only because the 2/3 spots are hidden gems, and we probably wouldn't have found the first without a tour but we didn't get a professional guide. First, we had to contact them the night before to confirm the tour guide details but never received a response until we reached out. Then that evening, 8pm, the guide informed us he needed to delay the tour by an hour. The next morning, we had to reach out again for an update, and he gave vague answers, eventually pushing the time further. He ended up being 3 hours late, ruining our first day in San Juan since we had other plans after the tour. The first stop, a hidden beach, was great, but it was awkward because the guide was FaceTiming his girlfriend while driving and during the tour. We ended up walking the wrong way. The second stop was also a hidden gem, but we didn’t enjoy it much since we started so late. The last stop, advertised as an "authentic Puerto Rican restaurant," turned out to be a fast-food buffet, far from what we expected. The third beach was dirty, with trash all over, and by then, we were so tired and hungry that we stayed for only 5 minutes before leaving. I wish we had stayed longer at the first stop and skipped the last one altogether. I would’ve preferred to go with another tour company. We passed another group, and their guide seemed much more professional.
Thank you for your review, we truly apologize for the delay, the lack of communication and that guides unprofessionalism. I can assure you that this trip was addressed and hope this never happens again. We are, however, glad you enjoyed the exclusive hidden gems through our company. As a courtesy we would like to offer you a future discount when you return to PR.

You get to see a lot of Puerto Rico. Saw a couple beaches that we wouldn’t normally see including a couple caves.
PR is full of hidden wonders; we are so grateful for your visit. Thank you for taking the time to write a review.
There were some MAJOR communication breaks between the tour company, the tour guide, and me as the customer. This tour company isn’t paying me to analyze where the break in communication stemmed from or how they can improve it (that’s their job), but this was my experience: the tour post on Trip Advisor and our tour confirmation emails (plural) stated to be ready for pick up at our hotel at 8:50 am. We arrived out front of our hotel at 8:45 am. Our tour guide arrived to retrieve us at 10:28 am. This waiting period was extremely frustrating and a HUGE waste of my time (especially when our vacation to PR was only 2.5 days total). However I will say that once our tour guide picked us up, we did have a wonderful day. The locations that they take you to are beautiful, secluded and magical and our guide was happy to adjust/customize our time at each place as we requested. The food at the lunch location was also delicious. Things to bring that they don’t mention: sun block, bug spray, a change of clothes, towels, water shoes that can stand a little hiking, snacks, water I still rated this tour a 3. It would be an easy 5 if they were better at communicating the delay or what caused it that our pick up time needed to be pushed back. I saw timeliness issues as part of the complaints in prior reviews and assumed the issue had been ironed out. In my experience: it has not.
