The tour guide never showed up. We were there 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after the tour start time. And then Viator declined our request for reimbursement. We are still pursuing this. Very disappointed.
A response from the company would have helped make a difference. Tried getting tickets to attractions before leaving on vacation. Without knowing which stop and time first, didn't climb tower in Pisa or go through Duomo. Even contacted Viator who attempted to reach them. Otherwise, they were very good at communicating once there.
Tour guide and driver were excellent. Was able to see a lot in a short period. Bus was very comfortable and guide was very informative

The trip canceled hours before it was scheduled to happen. We had so little notice that a replacement wasn't available so we had to scramble on trains to get to our favorite city in Italy. We had planned to show our son and his wife and 4 grandchildren what was so wonderful. But instead we spent >4 hours on trains and missed Pisa altogether. Very disappointed. Will avoid this any Viator tours in the future.
Terrible experience. A total disappointment and frustrating we felt robbed and taken advantage of. We were left hanging at cruise terminal. A person with the Viator and tuscanytour.com sign said myholiday.com was not associated with them and that this was a scam. That there was nothing they could do. It is incredible that Viator would sell such a service and be part of such a scam.
Nice excursion coming off our Royal Caribbean cruise for the day. We had a chance to explore Florence on our own for a few hours, and Pisa for an hour. There’s a lot of walking from where the bus leaves you to get to the touristy areas. Not great for my elderly parents, but fine for the rest of us (adults and teens).
Had an amazing time… little hiccups but Giada and George did all they can and more to make my group extra comfortable… this was an amazing adventure… thank you all very much
We really enjoyed the tour and the bus was nice as well as the driver and tour guide Alex. The sites were great, however we never were able to get the overview of Florence as you see in the picture on the ad for the tour. That is taken across the river from a hill on the other side but they do not go there. That was disappointing. I have been there before and was looking forward to sharing the experience with my husband and daughter who have not been there before. Florence was amazing and so was Pisa! The drawback on the bus is that you cannot successfully hook into their Internet. It is not an easy task. If you will need to charge your phone, be sure to bring an Italian adapter but you should be able to plug-in in certain places on the bus. overall good tour!!! be on time!
