Kyoto Chopstick Making Class with Engraving Option

Description
This workshop is unique because it lets you hand-craft your own wooden chopsticks in Kyoto’s historic Gion district, guided by a local artisan using traditional tools. Instead of simply watching a demonstration, you experience the full process yourself—choosing the wood, shaping it by hand, and finishing it into a practical, personal keepsake rooted in everyday Japanese culture.

It was amazing. It’s fun, the cost can be cheap or expensive. It’s depends about your budget. They give us a lot of choice.
Very nice to be able to make a chopstick as a souvenir yourself! Really fun
It was my first time participating, but Shirin taught me very carefully and it was a very fun and easy experience for children. There are more overseas, but I recommend it!
Thank you Kengo for this great experience!
It was a really great experience. the person who we, Kengo was really sweet and helpful.
It was a really good experience. Kengo was a very kind man and helped us the whole way through. The price for adding your name and emojis to your sticks was well worth it. Overall a great time, I highly recommend it to anyone, even if you won't use them back at home.
Filip was awesome. Great experience
We loved the workshop and our little boy made a wonderful memory. Thanks to Filip! 🙌🏽
We had a great time with Shirin who was our guide for the experience. It was for about an hour. It wasn't too costly. We chose to use the easy wood because both of us were unsure of our skill level but with her guidance they actually turned out alright! It's a fun little experience especially if you have kids. We saw a bunch and they had fun! Highly recommended!
Great experience. Really fun and easy and a lovely souvenir to take home. Our guide Filip was great, very friendly and informative. Would recommend.
