We had an amazing tour with Kaori-san. I joined this tour with my family (2 adults and 3 children). I lived in Japan for 14 years and had visited Kyoto several times, but Kaori explained many things I didn't know in a way that was easy to understand for both adults and my three daughters. The tour included beautiful, must-see temples in Kyoto, and she took us to areas within the temples that were less crowded and more frequented by locals. The timing of the tour was excellent as well, since we started after lunch and ended in the Gion area where, with a bit of luck, you can spot a Geiko san and enjoy the shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this tour and Kaori-san as a guide.
Yoshi was such a great guide! Such a nice guy and very informative! The tour was great and we got to see a lot of Kyoto on our first day, especially in regards to the shrines and temples. Great!
Kaori-san gave an amazing tour. Making sure we were prepared for the train and taxi ride the whole time. She explained a lot of the history of the shrines and temples we visited, as well as the stories behind places and paintings. We weren’t prepared for the sun and she was kind enough to bring 3 sun umbrellas for us. We ended the tour with some shopping where she showed us what was a specialty of Kyoto. Thank you very much for the tour!
Kaori went above and beyond our expectations for the private tour of the hidden jems tour in Kyoto! The love that Kaori showed us about Kyoto shined through her explanations and she was so humble and patient. We never felt rushed and spent the perfect amount of time at each location we visited. Kaori was extremely knowledgeable about Japanese and Kyoto culture and traditions and showed us her love of the country. Kaori was so hospitable and she is your friend by the end of the tour! She even had an extra umbrella for us when it started raining. Kaori is a beautiful person and the best tour guide you will ever have! Thank you Kaori! We had a wonderful time on our tour yesterday!

Loved this tour! It was a long day, but our tour guide, Keisuke Yoshinaga was absolutely the best! "Yoshi" was informative, organized, helpful, and made the day fun. The restaurant he chose for lunch was excellent and reasonable. I highly recommend, and would take any other tour he gives.
Kaori is very friendly and cute. He took us to godfatherly places, and explained very well about the history of every corner we met. We are very grateful that you were our guide, we are very much looking forward to continue to travel Kyoto <3
While we had been to Kyoto before, we decided to take a private guided tour on this trip and our guide was Kaori-san. Kaori-san was very accommodating in allowing us to customize our tour and also included temples/places that I would have never thought of going to myself, but also taking us to well-known sights in Kyoto that we did want to visit. Kaori-san’s knowledge of Kyoto and its history made this private guided tour even more enjoyable. Arigatou gozaimasu, Kaori-san for helping to make our trip back to Kyoto memorable with your knowledge and taking our photos at every stop. Highly recommend!
We had a very enjoyable and comfortable private tour day with Mutsumi. Such a nice lady with humour and always open to suggestions. She adapted quickly to our wishes. Mutsumi has an amazing knowlegde of the history behind the sights and she combined that with sharing her own stories with us. We loved that❣️ Thank you, Mutsumi, for showing us the nicest and best places🙏
Kaori was our best guide in Japan She helped us plan out the trip went out of her way to help us with restaurant reservations and recommendations She also was incredibly flexible when we showed up in Kyoto exhausted and revamped our entire itinerary!! I can’t say enough good things about her
