I did the food tour with Mr. Rody, and it was a fantastic experience. Unfortunately, the other guest did not show up, but it worked out perfectly for me because I ended up with a personalised private tour. As a vegetarian, I knew the tour would normally include some meat dishes. The tour operator had emailed me beforehand to check if this would be acceptable, and I had agreed. However, because it was just me, Mr. Rody went above and beyond to make the entire tour 100% vegetarian, which I really appreciated. We sampled a wonderful variety of local foods, drinks, and fresh tropical fruits. Along the way, Mr. Rody shared fascinating stories about the local history and culture, and pointed out many interesting landmarks and places of interest. I had a wonderful morning and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. I would highly recommend this tour, especially with Mr. Rody as your guide. His knowledge, enthusiasm, and thoughtfulness made it a truly memorable experience

I would highly recommend this walking tour! Jay was very knowledgeable not only about the food but also the local history as we strolled around Kuching. He highlighted various buildings and points of interest as we went. The food we tried was local and he was genuinely pleased when I said how tasty it was. We also tried local drinks. The pace of the tour was great - and meant lots of time to ask questions and get ideas from Jay on how to spend the rest of my time in the city! Thanks for a memorable tour!

Our friendly guide Drika was informative and went out of his way to make our foodie experience memorable. We tasted yummy local foods like Sarawak Laksa, Kolo Mee, satay, layer cake and ice-cream in a bun which was a childhood treat from 60 years ago when my family lived in Kuching. My two adult children and I absolutely loved the experience and food tour with Drika.
Thank you for your delightful 5-star review! We are thrilled Drika provided an informative and memorable experience for you and your family.
