Krka and optional Wine Tasting Private Excursion from Split Area

It was ok. The waterfalls were stunning - beware of pickpockets at the waterfalls though. It was an experience but not worth the total cost of driver plus 30 euros per adult on top for the waterfall entrance. Basically a total of £400 before any other expenditure.

Great opportunity to head out of the city and see some of the surrounding countryside, as well as tasting some excellent local wines and produce. Our driver and guide Jure was kind and considerate, making sure we were comfortable and had enough time at each location. He also shared many interesting facts and stories about the history of Croatia, keeping us entertained during our journey. A memorable day out, highly recommended!

This tour was amazing for us. We were picked up at the cruise port at 9:20 am. We then went to the national park and enjoyed time exploring the walking path through the water falls. Then we took the boat to skradin and had time to walk around the little port time. The guide told us to just text him when we got on the boat and he would pick us up. Once we were picked up in Skradin we drove 15 minutes to the winery where we had an amazing tasting experience with some of the best homemade bread and olive oil we have ever had. The guide, Juri, was very knowledgeable and kept us informed the entire time about what the plan was, where we were going, and the history of split. You do have to pay separately for the winery and for entrance into the national park but it’s completely worth it for feeling safe while traveling in a foreign country.

Private tour was what we needed. With limited time, this allowed us to explore as much as we could and see what was most important to us. Guide was helpful with suggestions and was available to take us where we wanted.

We had a truly incredible experience, mostly due to our tour guide, Jure, who is the main tour guide if you book this specific tour. Since this is a private tour and due to some of the sights being closed this time of the year, Jure was more than willing to personalize the tour to our request, visiting additional sites and locations we requested, which made for a very unique and exceptional experience. We had the absolute best time! In addition, from the moment we met him, it was clear how passionate and knowledgeable Jure is. He shared such a rich history about Croatia, bringing sites to life with fascinating details and context. What made it even more special were the personal stories he added along the way, giving us a deeper and more meaningful connection to everything we were seeing. Jure spent the entire day driving us to different sites, making sure we were comfortable, engaged, and never rushed. His warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm made the day unforgettable. Jure was the absolute perfect companion for this tour during my solo trip to Split. Knowledgable, friendly, and a great conversationalist - I was able to learn an incredible amount from him on Croatian history, customs, and so much more. Jure made the entire experience feel like I was exploring the city and having lunch with a long-time friend. The airline I flew into Croatia with had lost my luggage. Upon hearing that story, Jure didn’t hesitate to research stores that were open and took a detour (after a very long day) to drop me off and wait for me somewhere where I could purchase clothes and other essentials. Just incredible service. Zero hesitation in recommending him to others and will look to meet up with him on a future tour on my next visit to Split!

Gura was an amazing tour guide. He went out of his way to find us when we got lost, had many recommendations, and was very knowledgeable about the history and the area. It made the trip that much better. It was fun talking to him and getting to know things about the area we wouldn't have otherwise. The car was clean, had a/c, and provided a bottle of water after hiking around in the heat. Thank you so much for the experience and the historical pitstop along the way.

Jure was informative and we enjoying seeing one of Croatia’s National Parks. On the way back to Split, we had a wonderful lunch. We were able to learn a lot about be area. I highly recommend using this company.
