Pickup Locations & Times
Pick-ups take place between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM. You will receive confirmation of your pickup, including the exact time, by 7:00 PM the day before your tour. If your hotel or apartment is not listed, please write your pickup address in the Special Requirements section booking. Pickup will be from the address you selected during booking. If your address is within a restricted traffic zone or stopping directly next to the hotel is not possible, we will arrange the nearest possible pickup location for your convenience. If you do not select any address during the booking, the pickup will take place from the meeting point in the Old Town. Between April 13–17, the Gubałówka funicular is out of service. During this period, it will be replaced with a chairlift ride to Butorowy Wierch. The rest of the tour program remains unchanged.

Joanna was an amazing tour guide, the tour was well organised and well executed we had lots of time at all of the locations. Definitely would recommend if you want a relaxing day trip out of Krakow!

The day started with an on time pick up at an easy to find location close to my hotel. We travelled in a comfortable state of the art mini bus in the safe hands of our driver Rafa. We arrived at Chocholow after about 1.5 hours and here was where we met Joanna. Our fantastic guide. Joanna was extremely helpful, informative and had a brilliant bubbly personality that kept you interested throughout. The instructions she gave for the cable car and Springs entry made everything super easy and straight forward. The day pieced together perfectly due to the professionalism of Joanna who I can't thank enough for giving us all a perfect day out. Everything we squeezed in that day was fun and there was plenty of time. We had short stop offs at some which was all that was needed. Such as the visit to Chocholow village and the cheese/vodka tasting. Then a couple of hours free time for the cable car and a wander round the lovely town of Zakopane where I had some traditional Polish food for lunch. The day was finished of with a 3 hour stay at the thermal springs which was brilliant. The wristband system was so very clever. I was very impressed. It gained entry to your allocated locker and also you scanned it for food and drink and then just paid on leaving. So no messing about having to get money from the locker. As said in my title. Brilliant day out from start to finish made extra special by the wonderful Joanna. I would highly recommend doing this trip.

Zakapane was excellent the hot springs were good and Victoria was the best so good with her information. We will be back. And the driver was great but the bus was amazing.

Joanna was a great and enthousiastic guide, the driver was punctual but did drive too fast The tour was wel organized but it took you to tourist traps instead of valuable experiences The spa was nice, very very crowded so take that into account
